I got this girl's number last night, and haven't decided when woudl be the right time to call her and what would be the best thing to say. I'm in college, and I'm pretty sure she is too, so I'm thinking about calling sometime in the early afternoon. I'm a really good cook too, and chicks seem to dig that so I'm gonna invite her over for dinner I suppose. Unfortunatly I don't have any other really better ideas and could use some. So feed back is appreciated.

I have a great boyfriend (dating 6 mos) who is sweet, sensitive and down-to-earth but he lacks a few things that have become hard to adjust to...
1.) he rarely makes romantic gestures...I've made him CD's w/music, given him gifts, etc. but he has never given me so much as a flower
2.) he doesn't call often but after I confronted him about this he has improved
he didn't have a girlfriend prior to me for three years and I think he has underdeveloped social/romantic muscle...
should I stay with him?
will is "boyfriend skills" improve?
what signs should I look for that he's a keeper?

The obediant knight is man who does what you tell him. period. I dont mean he is wimpy or scared of you or a "yes dear sad sack". He could be a Dallas Cowboys football player and a US special forces marine on the side, but when it comes to you he does all you ask and say. Your his Queen in other words and he is your willing knight (but a knight not a king or co-ruler -you are the monarch)
The Kingis a man who wants to lead you. I do not mean strong evil men (beat you, screams at you, treats you as a slave). Think of a strong but kind leader who does listen to you but basically makes the final decision. A king and you are a princess.
Or finally the 50/50 types. You are a Queen and He is a King and you are joint heirs in your kingdom (home) you both have to agree after you talk it over otherwise you wont do whatever the decision is.

Which of the above (if you had to choose) and why? If none of the above then what type would you want (give his 'type' a name if you like).
Thanks ladies!

When ever i start seein a guy i like it in the first week then by the time it comes to about the 4th week im bored and end up finising things.
Im not a ***** and I know this sounds stupid but when a guy seems to be too interesteed and keen it puts me off.
All my friends say they think i'll be a singleton all my life, im only 17 but it does make me think i will never have a relationship longer tha a month.

Please help, does anyone else ever feel like this

I am trying to ask out a graduate student from another department. The two depts are very remotely related so interaction between them is totally impossible. The only way I can trace this girl is by meeting her by "accident" around the particular hour in which she goes home. She knows that I exist, but our aquaintance has not gone far beyond names(in 2 or 3 such meetings). I am not sure how long I should play along with running into her; when would it be a good idea to ask her out without causing mutual embarassment. how long should i wait?

This question is for people who intend to stay faithful to their spouses.

Sometimes I feel fairly strong feelings of lust for women other than my wife. This could be a woman at the mall, driving the car the next lane over, at the pool, at work, or wherever. I do not act on these feelings (other than looking), nor do I plan to do so. On the contrary, I am going to remain faithful to my wife.

Nonetheless, experiencing these feelings makes me feel guilty, but should it?

If so, what could I do to stop the lust other than staying inside my house 24/7 or gouging my eyes out? How do you stop yourself from feeling it when you begin to feel lust?

If not, what should I tell myself about feeling lust in order not to feel guilty about it? In other words, why is it OK for me to feel lust, under the circumstances I describe?

I hear many times that people have to work on the relationships and not everything can be ideal. Well, we have very good times. I do love, like and care for this person. But every so often we are going through the same cycle - there is something emotionally strange. He has mood swings, may be it is bi-polar desease, I don't know. But it exhausts me. He can passionately invite me to go out for dinner, he pays, but instead of a good evening I am going through a tough times. He becomes quiet, does not respond to my attemps to connect. He shuts off and shuts me off too. Good times often become bad times. My suggestion to seek help and get some pills rejected. He gets offended! So I don't know what to do. I can't go on like this and I would suffer to break this relationship. Any ideas what can be done to save it?

Not sure how to put this… I don’t know if I’m looking for answers or what, but I’ve got to tell someone….

I have this friend, my best friend since I was 8, I can’t stop thinking about his mother. Actually I think I might be in love with her, It hasn’t always been like this, it only started about 6 months ago, after she got divorced. She’s 39 and I’m only 23, but my biggest fear is ruining my friendship with someone who’s like a brother to me. I’ve stayed at their house a thousand times, but last week I spent the night and I noticed she changed clothes after he went to bed, she came back into the living room where I sacked out on the couch in only a night shirt, and from what I could tell,,, NOTHING on underneath. She was defiantly dropping hints, about how it was cold in her room and there hadn’t been any heat in there for almost a year. I played dumb… frankly because she scared the **** out of me. Don’t get me wrong she is sexy as hell, and up till now I’ve only been with one girl…. But I haven’t gotten a thing done all week. I want her so bad I can taste it… But I know what I would so if my best friend screwed my mom, I’d never talk to him again… after I kicked his *** around the block….. It’s all I can do not to call her and ask if she got her heat fixed yet.. …. AHHHHHH

His daughter has the will and did not let me look at it but stated my husband of many years left every thing to her. Can this will be revoked or how do I go about getting her to probate or let me see the will. She rejects and shut me out of everything. I would not do this to her. Perhaps she is hiding something. What is the best thing to do? Husband and I was separated at the time of his death. He also while I was married to him always kept things hidden from me regarding any iof his business. He was an hostile arrognant man. I also have a son for him but I never put my child in his name,
we dated for 7 years and married and stayed married for 22 years.
My husband and I was 22 years in age difference and At the time I was young and did not know better and now years later I see my mistake tell me how to get out of this mess.

My husband and I have been married for 3 months. We are really struggling. We can take the smallest thing and make it into this huge fight. Our last fight I said I wanted a divorce, but I didn't mean it. I tried to take it back right after I said it but the words were already spoken. He had to go out of town for work and he won't talk to me. I call and he doesn't answer. I finally got a call from him a little while ago and he said he'd be home tonight. I asked if we were okay, he said yes, but it wasn't a very convincing yes. I feel like he said that because he is at work and doesn't want to get into it. I am so scared that this might be over. I wish that I could take back those words I said but I can't. Why is it so hard. Is marriage always like this in the beginning? Do you get through huge fights? Is it normal to have so many problems in the first year of marriage? Any experience on this would be helpful! Thanks
