well he brock up with me but he still had fellings for me and wanted to ask me back out but he thought he would look bad for asking me out when he broke up with me in the first place should i ask him back out or what tilll he asks me out?????????

He broke up with you first time. Whats the guarantee it wont happen again.
If you are ready to face the 2nd possibility then go ahead.
Other than that, i advice you to wait for him to make a move first.
Everyone deserves a second chance, if you think he is worth it then i guess you can accept him back
Dont make early judgement though.
