I am a 40 yr old professional buisness man who has been married for 20 yrs to a good woman and we have 3 terrific kids. I love my wife but have not been in love with her for most of our marriage.
I recently hired (3 mo.) a new office manager who is a single 30 yr old professional woman who is doing a great job. Problem is, as days go by, we seem to connect on deep level and it has got to the point where i think of her constantly. It's crazy. I fantasize about marrying her and having children and the whole nine yards. I feel ashamed of my feelings because I already have these things. She is the type of person I have often fantasized (for many years) about being with. I do not want to cheat. Will these feelings pass? I think she is having the same problem. I don't want to hurt her either.

so my bf and i had a mini breakup for a day.. and we got back together. for the crazy amount of time we hav e been together that was the first time that happened... now that we are back together he is starting to talk about rings!... i dont know wether or not a promise ring.. or engagement ring.. but is this weird? that we break up and then we like each other more than ever? how should i handle this?

We have contacted school & the police. Told we must tell HIM first he is not allowed in house (done) Then he must be caught 2x before they will file for a restraining order...Hmmm guess how many women r killed & raped b4 they can get a restraining order. School another issue. Open campus they don't babysit. We do as much as humanly possible & still keep our jobs. When she is at her dads her rope is eyesight distance. No phones,computer,friends,nothing. We have had to go so far as 2 lock all phones up n bedroom or she finds them. At her moms(she works until 8pm) she threatens little sister & then he comes over. We have done stakeouts & tapped the phone there. (little sister has 2 have access n case big sister gets out of hand) we have set up friends 2 case the joint trying 2 catch them 2gether. he even told the cops in small little NE WI town that he had sex 3 x at her house and because it took place n different city it was handed to them & still no help now what?

i talk to this girl who has a boyfriend she says she loves her boyfriend and me and her have been talking for bout a month.i talk to her more then her boyfriend duz on the phone and in person. i told her i wont kiss her until she breaks up with her boyfriend, but yesterday i slipped up when i went to her house after school. we was kissing and feeling on each other and we would have f*lucked but i said no (like a dummy cuz ne other guy wuld have done it). she told me she loves me and i feel da same way. the other day i told her i wouldnt talk to her anymore becuz she gotta boyfriend and after i did that i felt like **** for da whole day she said she felt the same. all her friends told me dat she really really likes me and she told me the same thing. my question is if she likes me so much y wont she break-up with her boyfriend? wen i asked her she said "it's not dat easy" and im not the kinda dude that will be on the side either she's with me or with dat dude shuld i stop talkin to her?

I don't know what to do or if I should even do anythig at all.
There is this guy about my age who I used to hang out with a little bit when we were younger. I didn't really consider him for anything more than a friend then because I was stupid then and not to mention immature (I was like 11 or 12) I am 16 now, and I haven't seen him in about 4 yrs. Lately, though (in the past year or so) every once in awhile I would think about him and wonder why we don't get together like we used to. Well mainly the reason we used to hang out was just because our families would all hang out together.
2 days ago my dad mentioned that he saw both his dad and him not too long ago (and that he is now a "very tall and good-looking young man")and said I could even consider him for a date sometime (and believe me, if you knew how crazy my dad is about me dating, you would know how much that statement means). Now all of a sudden I can't stop thinking about him. What should I do?

I met this girl off instant messenger 3 weeks ago, and we exchanged phone numbers. We have been talking on the phone everyday for hours. Yesterday I added pictures to my yahoo profile and she saw me for the first time. After that she did not seem so interested in me anymore and I did not hear from her today like I usually do.
So tonight she was online and I instant messaged her Telling her that if she did not want to talk to me anymore than that was okay and I have better things to do. But if she did want to talk to me than give me a call tonight.
She got off line and called me a few minuts after. We talked for a hour or longer.
But now she has the bussy girl attitude when we talk and is not so much into makeing alot of plans. Don't get me wrong, she is still sweet to me, but I feel she is not into me as much. I don't know if it's because she knows SHE HAS ME now and she does not have to try hard.
I said I'll talk to her tom.

Should I call her tomorr.
Does she like me?

I have my own opinion, but I am curious what others think. If you don't mind including an approximate age (teens, 20s, 30s, etc.) that would be helpful but not necessary.

I meet this guy a month ago, he calls me every other day we´ve kissed twice, he talks to his friends about me , he´s really nice BUT he never asks me out!! I lost my husband on thanksgiving day in 1998, he was 33 yrs old. we were so in love, he knew my heart and i knew his. resently i remarried a man but were already seperated, for several different reasons, i think hes gay, or bi, says hes not, but theres other big issues like that. im hurting deeply, im 42 years old and i want to have happiness in my life. i still dream that Larry is alive and i miss his love in my life so terribly.
