u can go to any chat rooms and have friends from all over the world and try to learn more about other culturals

Of course finding your best friend is hard to comeby. But as long as you are honest and true to yourself you could find your best friend in no time and be nice and respectful to most people you encounter, who knows probably one of those could be the friend you're looking for....''
