I have my own opinion, but I am curious what others think. If you don't mind including an approximate age (teens, 20s, 30s, etc.) that would be helpful but not necessary.
Does it matter if it is a first date? First few dates? What about once a relationship develops?

this is hard, because the role of dating has changed...the guys don't always have to pay on a date...i would want to give my fair share also.
on a first date, if the guy insists, then i would allow him to pay, but i will make sure to pay for the next date, if there is one...haha

I am a man and as far as I am concerned the man should pay if he has asked a woman out. The flip side of this is a woman should be able to grasp some kind of concept as to what kind of resources a man has and understand the limitations. If a guy bags groceries for a living, then Subway is a date... so if a girl likes a guy hopefully it is not dependent on his coin. Maybe I am old fashioned, but a man should pay- dutch does not work for me. Once you are married it still shouldn't change much, on an outing or a date like activity a guy should still pay...

I think that a guy should pay for the first few dates until a relationship develops. Once the relationship is official, I think that the couple should take turns paying for things. By the way, I am 23, and female.

Its a boys thing in the first date.. but when the relationship develops.. both the boy and the gurl can pay because they must help each other in financial, in health and etc...

90% dates are paid by guys I suppose not unless the guy does not have a proper income. If you are a guy, whether at what age (once you have an income), I think you ought to pay.

1st date, 10th date, 101st date, and all of them in between and after....guys should pay. it's the right thing to do. And for those that don't agree....if and when you have a daughter you'll understand.

50 first dates, they guy pays.
Unless: the girl says, she wants to go (Dutch) then you can split the cost.

I would never let a girl pay. If I don't have money I just don't go out.
