I live in Florida and been married for 3 1/2 years. My wife left over 3 months ago and I don't know where she is living now. We don't have any children. I began filing my divorce papers and am doing service by publication. I have not yet filed my financial affidavit. We have a house (paid in full) in both names and I have a large sum of cash is various bank accounts. I paid for everything myself(including the house), she refused to work and did not come to the marriage with any money. The cash is my life savings.
My questions are:
If she never comes forward, how will the judge split things?
Should I cash-out my savings before filing the financial affidavit?
Will she be able to get alimony?
Any suggestions or advice?

I thought that I really did have a true friend at work, but I am finding out that reality is I dont. Its like I heard that her FAther was not doing well, so of course I email her, basically telling her that I have them in my prayers and I hope things go well today. I dont hear from her at all at least saying thank you or anything. And its not that today in particular I am expecting to hear something. But its like this all the time. It hurst because I do consider her my friend. What should I do?

Finally free from a bad long term relationship(19 yrs) I cheated a few times with a few others, for a few months during...I now realize my social skills needs much improving because i frequently become connected to women much younger than I, 19, 25,28.I know its a reflection on who I am, but should I "get with "these young women who seem to have a general interest. These girls are all strippers & waitresses in strip clubs. he claims he is faithful that they are just friends, when I ask him to stop the text messages to them he refuses and he will not let me read them. I've been dating my boyfriend for about 9 months going on for 10 months now.

He seems slightly different this past week. When I ask him whats wrong, he says nothing. It's very unlike him not wanting to share his concerns or feelings with me. I really get this sense though ive lost his trust or something.

He's really attractive, intelligent and in extremely good shape, so I don't see why he figures I would cheat. Yet this past week he's really different.

This has been my longest relationship, and its a serious one. Is this normal? Maybe he's going through a phase? He's extremely mature so I can't see him playing mind games with me. He's also usually very very open about anything.
He has chosen to wait before we have sex to make sure we're 100% in love.
My best friend thinks since he's not satisfying my needs, some other guy is. I wouldn't do that, I love my boyfriend too much.

How do I fix this?

What are some suggestions on making my boyfriend fall in love with me all over again?

It seems to me that men really like thin women and thin women seem to get treated better. I see a lot of public affection going on when a woman is thin. Are men ashamed to be seen with women who are full-figured? in april next year i am going walking in morocco. i am going for just over a week, and the main climax of the activity is to climb the 4167metre high Jebel Toubkal, the highest mountain in north africa, in boiling heat, while still only being 13. can anyone give me a list of some of the things that i will need to take. would really appreciate it. if all goes well i want to climb kilamanjaro with my dad by the time i am 15, and climb everest by the time i am 20. you see i have a bet on with my little sister that i will climb everest in my life, and that is one of my ambitions. so far i have got on my list:

boots
blister plaster
blister cream
socks, breathable.

lol, thats all i have got at the minute. i know i willl need a sleeping bag, and no we are not climbing the mountain ranges over night, we are going back to the town, Aremd, and sleeping on the roof under the stars. what else do i need (even the obvious) and how much will a very good one of those cost? thanks in advance
