I thought that I really did have a true friend at work, but I am finding out that reality is I dont. Its like I heard that her FAther was not doing well, so of course I email her, basically telling her that I have them in my prayers and I hope things go well today. I dont hear from her at all at least saying thank you or anything. And its not that today in particular I am expecting to hear something. But its like this all the time. It hurst because I do consider her my friend. What should I do?

Be patient my dear...she is probably overwhelmed with fear and worry and her time is at a premium at this time....keep praying for her father.

This may just be miscommunication, some people don't reply to emails that aren't expressly asking for a reply. I'd go to her personally and let her know how you feel. My guess is she in no way wants you to feel like that.

Don't let it bug you.People are weird this days they don't care no more about each other.Just don't let it change the way you are with others just keep on being nice to everyone that's the way I am no one will take away the way I am a nice person.

Check out if someone else has told her lies about you...THis could be the result of some gossip about you.
It happens, you know..
If she is really your friend, go to her and ask her about what is going on!She'll have to tell you.
If all comes to nothing, look around you, there are lots of people who could be great friends!
