You can have a marriage annulled for certain reasons and it depends on the law in your state, but I have never heard of having a DIVORCE annulled.

An Annullment is when two people got married but realized very quickly that they shouldn't really be together. It's usually a mutual agreement where custody of children and property are not involved. I believe the marriage has to be less than year but it might even be shorter than that.

As far as getting a divorce annulled, I've never heard that statement. In most states, when you file for divorce, there is a period between the filing and when it becomes legal, usually 6 months. If during that time the couple reconciles, they can cancel the divorce. Perhaps that is what you mean.

If the divorce has NOT yet been finalized, drop/close the case.
If the divorce has been GRANTED, you simply remarry.
But I would think hard and long on that. Give yourself PLENTY of TIME to decide if that is truly what you BOTH want!

No. I'm sure that an annullment only applies if you've been married a short time, otherwise it's a divorce.

Yes! It is where you are married for a couple months and then decide that it isnt for you. Check your state Records to see how less of a time u need to be married before it isnt an option

yes it is possible. In the state of kentucky at least it is. My exhusband and I thought about it, considered it, then found we were better off divorced. But it is possible.
