a lot of guys (okay...people) believe that talking isn't cheating. He probably thinks if he's only talking and not touching that it's okay. Have a conversation w/ him about what you consider cheating and how this is hurting you. Also, if you want to be more intimate then him (I won't accuse him of having an affiar...) but perhaps these converstaions from his real goal (or what SHOULD be his goal) of pleasing you.
