My ex has custody of our son....he recieves no supervision or moral direction of any kind...witnesses her and her mother and half-brother using drugs on a daily basis....no one in the household works or has in years ( they survive off of welfare and my child support...uses him as a pawn in trying to destroy my new marraige, threatening to not let me see him. She is mid 40's, sitll sleeps in her mother's bed (with my son), no job skills, never owned a car or a house.
The mother lies to the child about me and my wife trying to make him not want to see us. She spends the child support that I pay on drugs for her and her mother, while my son wears hand-me-down clothes and never gets to go anywhere or do anything, won't even buy him a Halloween costume even though she receives more than $500 a month in child support. My family and I are living in poverty. I have fought the courts for years...to no avail. I can't be the only one that has this problem with Texas courts.

I have known this girl for almost three and a half years. We are pretty good freinds right now. I really like and care for her, but she still talks to her ex-boyfriend. She says that they are just friends but I don't know if i believe that. Should I take a chance to be with her or should I not even try at all? She seems to show the signs that she likes me... but again I am not really that sure. Should we just stay friends or should I take the next step?

At the last dance of homecoming last week, i asked this new girl to dance so that i would not be odd man out. She said yes and we danced. I really enjoyed the dance and really like her. the problem is, we dont really know each other. She is only one class with me in which minimum talking is permitted. I would really like to get to know her better and possibly go out with her, but i have no idea on how she feels about the dance. I dont want to go up to her and come on too strong, but then again, i dont want her to slip away. What and how do i find out how she feels without coming on too strong or making myself look like a fool? I need to do this soon before she totally forgets about the dance

It's just a poem I came up with. Plz don't be so mean though.

it's finally happned, I've fallen for another. Excited to scream aloud, my mind off track, Wanting to speak to him so badly, but I'm scared again!

He resembles both the beast that held me down for so long, and also the one that everyone dies to become. Now intimindation has taken over me.

I fear his judgment will not alow him to return my affection. Almost positive he won't. But I still can't stop my heart from falling on the floor.

It has nothing to do with my life...Ok, so it partly does. But this just came off the top of my head. Plz don't be so mean! Thank u!

I left him in November of last year for verbal abuse, having more intimate relationships with his fake girlfriends online than with me... and for just being unhappy.

I had a friend that I started seeing several months later. We are together now, and very happy... albeit, we have taken it very slow.

Of course my ex is freaking out about this... calls me at work, threatens to never let me see the kids, threatened to have him investigated (nothing to find).

I am going to just speak to a lawyer and find out what my legal rights are, but before I do that, I'm wondering if anyone else had this same experience and what you did.

I have 3 kids 7, 5 and 4.

They are doing much better since the our seperation since they aren't in an environment where their dad freaks out. I'm the type the gets quiet.

I know I made the right choices. I am just wondering what to do about his continued harrassments.

I asked earlier, but I think i gave to much info or somthing because the answers I got made no since. . . . So I will make this as simple as possible. . .

1. If you don't have feelings for your wife anymore, should you leave her for someone else who you are in love with, or should you stay with your wife and hope that you will have feelings for her again one day?

2. Which would you choose? A) haveing a life with someone you didn't really love and not being either happy or sad. B) taking a chance and winding up either VERY happy or VERY miserable?

3. Try to be with the one you love, or Try to love the one you're with?

P.S. to all of the nice christians who answered my previous question with "Divorce is an abomination" or "Marrage is a sacred union" . . . Get over it, I am my wife's 2nd husband. Answer with that crap again and I'll report you. I don't want a religeous view.

My husband and I have been married for 18yrs with weekend. I have made arrangements for the kids to go to my parents and have been planning a nice romanic evening for the two of us. (he knew i was planning this!) food, candles, music, etc.... Then him and his friends, along with my sister decided that we were all going to go out to the bar with weekend and have some fun---not just a bar, but a topless one at that. My husband knows that this is not my thing and he also knows how important this weekend is to me. I have talked to him about it, but he says I just need to live a little and thank we can have dinner another time and celebrate our anniversary. I am hurt and disappointed at the same time. How would you feel about this?

lately I noticed that one guy is paying too much attention to me... he is being really sweet... in a party we had yesterday he made sure all the time that I had a glass of drink (which he served me himself) and when I finished he took it and refilled and all the time stood next to me smilling and staring at me... now, you will ask what's the problem, right????
So: first, the guy is not a 100% O.k in his brains... you can see it in the way he looks and talks. second, his family is really wierd and I really don't wan't to get close to them, and anyway, I rally don't like that guy but I don't want to hurt his feelings... what should I do???

me and my ex broke up in may and now were back in high school and one week he tells me hes going to break up with his girl to get with me. i wasnt going to wait on him to break up with his girl so i moved on. when i found my new boyfriend he was great. he calls me everyday and he is so sweet to me unlike my ex. my ex never called except only 3x and now my ex is mad cuz i got a boyfriend adn today after school he said he has to give me something. These gangs around where i live are such a joke! Why does it take 15 people to beat up just 1? Gang members are supposed to be so tough but they always need a gun to fight their battles. A real man will fight with his hands and does not need 15 or 20 people to back him up. I saw a group of these punks last night and they flashed gang signs and were talking junk and i just laughed at them. I saw one of the same guys earlier today by himself and he couldn't even look me in the face. I asked him why doesn't he have anything to say now and he had no answer, well. i'll tell you why, cause he didn't have 8 guys behind him! what's up with that?

Just wondering here, and I don't know what to make of it but I just asked a Q a few minutes ago regarding the gf and got a response from someone w/out a picture but w/ her name. As far as I know she doesn't have a Yahoo account, but they are free, I know. Just wondering, though, regardless of if it was her or not (I'll let you know if you really even care) have you ever had a response from someone you knew but didn't know was answering until later? Like if you talked about it at work or something and they said, "That was you? OMG?!"
