His eyes. I look into their eyes and like it when he makes he eye contact. I'm a sucker for a guy with compelling eyes.

His face and head. It sounds really shallow to say that your haircut will affect my opinion of you, but if you have a cut that isn't flattering, it will tell me that you don't care about yourself. And if you don't care about yourself, why should I care about you?
