I used to think arranged marriage was a crazy concept. I mean, who would want to marry and spend their life with someone they dont even love? But then again, why do we as Americans think our concept of marriage is better? We do have a 50%+ divorce rate...So what do you all think about this topic?

My boyfriend brokeup with me so now hes my ex and I just resently after 5 months of misory without my ex got a new boyfriend and now he is all mad cuz I dont talk to him or want him back anymore and last time I said I was over him he was like "good" but now he is like u cant just abandond me as yr friend now that u have a new boyfriend! but I didnt I just dont pay as much attanchion to him cuz I have someone knew plus he broke my heart and brokeup with me.. so now like on myspace when my boyfriend will leave cute messages of "I Love You" *kisses* type of stuff he always comments like THATS GROSS! even though he used to do that and I dont kno how to deal with it got any ideas?

They have three dogs in their house that the landlord doesn' t know about and we have been told by the landlord to let them know if anything fishy is going on. These dogs have not been approved by the landlord and if the landlord knew about them, the tenants would be kicked out.

I'm in my 50s secure, single and just decided to look. (Wife passed 12yrs ago). Seems I get a lot of wise cracks, answers from kids who don't have a clue about age, for obvious reasons.,and useless bull which makes me think dating today is a joke. Lots of women have shown interest, but they see $ signs, and that is a major turn off. Am I doomed to go to the final last resort? The dreaded supermarket?? Compete with the cabbage? I don't go to church, either.

Well, my girlfriend will be transfering to another school soon, and I won't be able to see her for quite a while.2-3 years. I can't go visit her or anything because after she transfers, she'll be moving away also, but somewhere in Orange County (I live in the north side of LA). my 2 friends have basically ignoring me. i dont get it!
i didnt do anything to them. in fact, 2day i didnt see them @ lunch, so wen i asked them where they were in class, they kept avoiding the question! its like they dont even want me to eat lunch with them! and one of the girls always whispers stuff into the other girl's ear, right in front of me. they dont really dont even bother telling me what they are talking about!

Alright, gonna put the past 9 months in a nut shell to shorten this up. I am involved with a girl with a child and an ex-husband. I came into this relationship with my eyes wide open, I knew that the ex-hub was always gonna be around because they had a child together. No big deal, right? Well things went smoothly for a while we had our arguements and our fights, but about 3 months ago she told me she just wanted to be alone to think things through. Said she couldnt move on from her marriage and that she was going to try and fix things. (they were only divorced a year when I came into the picture) So I leave, we still talk everyday and whatnot. Well it came down to it and the ex said no he didnt want to get back together. But now because she cant afford her bills shes moving in with him and telling me that she still wants to be with me... That nothing is going on and that she really was never attracted to him she only wanted to fix things for their son.... What to do? Sorry for length.

I have been married for 5 years and recently my husband has been lying regarding money and his spending. For example: he never told me he played poker one day after work and lost $30, another occassion he borrowed money from his boss and then that screwed us later casue he had to pay it back, but I didn't find out till he had to pay it back. It's really sad that now days ppl being unfaithful is more common and accepted than being in a faithful realtionship. I've been married to my Soul Mate for over 12 years and ppl think I'm crazy to trust my husband and belive that he's faithful to me. I'm in no way nieve, blind or ignorant and in fact he is in the Army and Currently deployed to Iraq/Kuwait for the 5th time and I trust him and belive that he's not gonna cheat nor has he and all the other spouses and GF think that I'm crazy. I feel like there's no one in the world that I could imagine being with other than my husband, why is it so hard to believe that he can feel the same about me?? I don't remember my parents or their friends going through this, when did things change and why.

I'm currently in a relationship, and have been before. But with this girl, it seems nothings changed besides when we were friends.
