I am a very shy guy when it comes to women. how to fight with it?

Shyness is a very hard thing to overcome. It takes practice, patience, and will power. I used to be shy, but one day I got fed up with it and started being really friendly. It takes a while, first just try smiling at people on the street, get used to looking in their eyes. Take small steps, work your way to having a very light conversation with someone. Eventually you'll grow out of shyness if you just take it slow and steady.

I don't know if you can fight it. I've been shy my whole life - I always thought I would eventually grow out of it but it's still with me. What you need to do is accept it, as it is a part of who you are. There will be people who will make you feel comfortable and then you can relax somewhat, making the shyness feel less overpowering. You may be shy, but I bet you have a nice smile. A friend of mine once said that what we feel may be weak points to ourselves are actually strong points in the eyes of others.

I sortve have the same problem... well with women I dont know, when I dont have friends with me.
I guess you just got to be funny, if you cant be funny, then just be silly. Or just tease her.
I used to be totally shy where I wouldnt talk to anyone except my friends... but now I am only shy around people that I really cant stand.

shyness is nice but, shyness can stop youuuu from doing all the things in life you'd like to.
