haha. Nope. def not supposed to be hiting on anyone. Depends on how he said it. That sounds pretty flirtatious.
One thing you have to realize though are missionaries are just college aged boys. They are still humans, and still make mistakes. Help him from making a bigger mistake and don't reciprocate (even if it's hard)

Jesus said that we should love everyone. However, Mormon missionaries are not allowed to date while they are on a mission.
