I feel a little cursed right now. I just had a good friend of mine's dad pass away yesturday and I had only meet him once...... this is the werid part, this is about the ninth person I have meet for the first time that has passed away within months of meeting them. and they have all died of different causes, car crashes, gun shots, natural, long term illnesses. some of them died a few days after I meet them and others died a month or so after I meet them. So I am just wondering is it me or is it just some werid way of life. and any tips on how to deal with the emotion would be great. I am only 20 and this is all hard to take in.....

Mine was that I lost it when I was 17. I was in a band and we were playing a party at MSU during the summer of '90. Two weeks before I met a girl named Amy who was a Sophmore at MSU and couldn't stop thinking about her. I didn't think anything was going to happen because of the age difference (probably why we hit it off). She came to see us play and we went for a walk after our show was over. We went back to the party and got in the back of my beat up Toyota truck, which had a cover. I tried to pretend it wasn't my first time but I am sure she knew. After she went down, I played it (stupidly) cool and told her wasn't very good at it. Ended up being a good thing because she got amazingly better at it. For some reason she stayed and took me all the way. The next morning the whole party knew what went down. It was funny. What's your story?

He admits to giving girls his number in the past, but he swears it never went further than that, but the messages I've heard and the pictures I've seen indicate something different. One girl even called me and told me they had sex. Since we've had our child two months ago, he's hasn't been going out as much and he has apologized for giving his number out and says that he wants us to get married but I'm afraid to trust him again. Deep down inside I feel like I should leave him, but we have a child together now and I want my child to grow up with a stable family environment. Another part of me wants to give him a second chance, but I feel like if I just "forgive" him this easily he'll do it again..and maybe more the next time. What should I do? Should I give him another chance or should I just let it go? We've been together for 3 years now.

I am going on a trip for a bachlorette party at the end of this month. The Bride to be is getting a tattoo to celebrate the occassion. She has asked me to get one as well and I agreed. But now I don't know what I should get. I already have one on my lower back of a purple butterfly..... very tasteful. Now I want my new tattoo in the front of my belly close to my panty line... any suggestions on what I should get? Nothing big though, I can't have any of my tattoos show because of my profession.

couldn't imagine how I could have dealt with having to fend for kids, etc. So, how do you handle it all? How do you de-stress, unwind, etc. Isn't it overwhelming??????

...Love and need him as an integral part of your life. Still sexually attracted to him. You love to be held by this person. This person can turn your worst day into a happy one. He broke-up with you about 7 months ago; he was looking for something he thought he was missing, only to realize what he wanted, he had all the time. An unconditional love. He's gone from your life for a few months. In this time, she texts him 8 or 9 different times because she needs, I'll call it consoling. You get back. She happens to call as your heading to suprise her. She's drunk and wants to be picked from a party she doesn't want to be at. You take her home and the whole night there's a lot of hugging, and terms of endearment are flyin' all over. A little intimacy. But more emotional through the conversation than anything. In the morning. There's still cuddling and carressing. You e-mail her and pour your heart out. Only to have her call you and tell you that there is no more us? But that night you said??

that when you get married, you are putting at least part of your future, your happiness, and even your whole self into someone else's hands? Because if you don't care enough about your spouse for their actions to have an impact on your life, what's the point of being with them?

Yes, we are all responsible for ourselves, but that doesn't mean no one else can affect us.

Don' t be ridiculous and tell me not to rush into getting married - I'm obviously not! I'm just trying to figure the whole thing out......

Choice # 1-- Let 2 people move into your home that will cause major stress for everyone already living there, With no move out date insight...
Choice # 2-- Co-sign for the 2 people so they can get an apartment, knowing they have skipped out on 3 other places owing money.( skipping out in the middle of the night kind of thing.)Leaving damage at one place.
The option of doing neither is not available to you for reasons that would take to long to explain. Your budget does not allow for to many changes.. What do you do???

I'm very close to my family, me, my parents and my siblings all have pretty good relationships. I'm the youngest. I'm engaged, getting married next fall. My family does not really care for my fiancee. I can't help but feel bothered by this. To me, their reasons aren't legitimate. It's things like, he doesn't like to play board games that much. He's quite, not as crazy and loud like we are. He's a good person, just doesn't really fit in with "us". Which is fine with me, I'm very happy and very much in love with him, so those little things shouldn't bother me. But they do! So my question is... When knowing who to marry or choosing someone to marry, does it really matter what your family thinks?
