I can't believe i have 13 more years until i can date. I am 13 years old right now. My mom thinks that dating is off-limits for people under 26. Even to my friends, that seems RIDICULOUS!!! Mom's philosophy is that i'll be 26 when i finish my doctors degree. She thinks that if i start getting into boys/men too early, my education will be messed up and i will start to divert my focus of life (bs!!!). I know i have enough self control to juggle my education and the boys. maybe not right now, but certainly when i'm 15 or 16. 17? Well what do you think? Do you think i should try to convince my mom to let me date earlier? Or do you think she is right about her no-dating-until-26 rule?

I've been dating a girl for three months that I love but there is some confusion. I never can see her; only once in a while. She constantly turns down dating offers because of work or other curcumstances. Often when we make planes, she tells me she can't the last minute. It's hard to reach her on the phone, when she does answer, she always tells me has to go and will call me back. Most often she doesn't call me back, I call her. Sometimes when we IM each other, she sighns off without saying buy. I'm conserned she might be cheating on me. She said, while in our relationship, she's hung with other guys one on one as friends. I also herd she talks to other guys on the phone and internet. She is lovingly when I'm around her but It's like she's a different person when away from me. What do you think? Should I stay with her?

Okay. I just broke up with a guy who I went out with for 4 months. I don't like him anymore, but he still wants to get back together. I also didn't want to get back together because he is my best friends brother. I've moved on and i want to start liking other people, but its only been a week. Should I wait a while to think about it, get back together with him, or just dont be afriad to start liking other people?
The thing is, I don't want a whole lot of commitment.
So what do I do?

she has no respect for her little sisters. she is over controlling ,and she has so much anger in her .I try to give her alot of time to get her life back to normal because her father died last year.and she was put throught alot, but i really dont know how to handle her. My husband is in a wheelchair, because he was in an accident in 2002, and is now in a wheel chair, and me and him are ready to begin a family now, and my mom is getting mad, telling me that we should not have children. But gives me no reason why she thinks so. But every one else in my family is very excited for us and thinks its fantastic.There is a 90% chance that I am pregnant but I do not want to make my mom mad and start a big fued. But on the other hand, I me and my husband are living on our own, and have our own life and jobs. But me and my mom have a very close connection, and I do not want to lose it. My boyfriend has been acting a little weird the past few days, so I asked him calmly this question, "can I ask you a question without getting mad? Do you like another girl?" He said Why, Me, because I don't want you to stay with me if you like someone else. he said "no I don't like another girl, and anyway the girls I want don't like me" That upset me, I didn't want to fight so I just stopped talking, he had to leave for work anyway.
