If he ignores you? Like never looks at you?
It's one thing if he is shy, but you see him looking at you when he thinks you can't see him. Then maybe he just needs to be told its okay to approach you. Like try to give him the *idea* you like him without comming on too strong.
Compliment him in genuine ways:
"That shirt is a very nice color on you. It brings out your eyes."
Or
"Did you get a new haircut? Oh, well your hair looks nice today."
Mention to your friend you like him, and if it comes up where she could mention it casually that "the two of you have a lot in common" then she should do it.
Those things let a guy know you are interested without "throwing yourself at him"
But if he isn't shy, or you have already had a couple group outings with him, and he has never asked you out...
You could ask if he is seeing anyone right now, and if he would like to get coffee sometime. But that is really putting yourself out there.
If he says no, would you wish you hadn't asked?
Or would you rather know point blank?
I guess it depends which kind of person you are.

well.. firstly stick around with the best friend of yours and be around when that guy is talking to her... so that he'll take notice of you.
if he asks a few things or even gives the alightest of chance to converse with you, take it and have a hearty talk.. find some ways to talk to him more often.
if the chemistry doesnt match, leave it.. dont push it...
hey. adn dont worry. that happened to me. i was real close to my girl's best friend. and it was afterwars that i found even more closeness in my girl..
so it depends..

Ignore him back. If he likes you, he'll do something to get your attention. If he doesn't like you, he'll go after your friend, and you'll find someone better.

Maybe your coming on to strong, try backing off alittle. Be confident! Confidence is attractive. If you act like you don't need him then maybe he'll notice you.

chika chika chika well if he'z good friendz wit your best friend then have your best friend to see if he likez you and then see where it goes from there!!!If it dosen't happen the i know you can do way better then him!GOOD LUCK!!!
