we have been dating for 10 months and every time i am around him, at home at dinner, he just sits there, last nite we went to dinner and i had to talk for 2 hours straight, it was so uncomfortable i just kept ordering drinks... i asked him questions but he just stares ahead and grunts out answers, or one word answers , i can not get him to engage in conversation, the only time he talks is when we are in bed, lights out, I wonder if he is extremly shy and only fees confortable talking then, it is what it seems to me, he says i intimidate him and he doesn't feel good enough for me, and he even stutters when he tries to talk to me, are there any good books for him to read, i think he would read one, or how do i approach this situation without making him even more self conscious about talking after he knows i am annoyed with it? HELP!!! I am starting to advoid seeing him because it makes me so uncomfortable and its just probably making him worse!!!

I am a senior that is into a lot of things that most aren't into. (Magic the gathering cards, skateboarding, art, ag., and fantasy fiction things. etc...) I am slightly over weight, but I don't think I look completely bad... I just wonder whether guys would like to see a girl that is skinnier than fat or whether it is because I'm not into the things most girls are into.

he lfet me..long story short i still love him and he turns up to my house. he said to me that he wants to know when i mmet someone else amd he wants to know when i sleep with him so he knows its 100% over. why would he say this. he said he cant be with me right now and he wont tell me it is over forever

On September 11, 2001 i was at my aunt's house with my 2 kids. they were 3 years and 3 months old. we were in grand rapids michigan. i was glued to the tv in complete shock. i couldn't believe what i was seeing at first. i remember thinking that this couldn't possibly be happening. i cried. i still cry.

I asked her to write down some things I needed her to do for me while I was gone. I started telling her that someone will be coming by to pick up tools and drop off a mini vacuum. I also said that he wil be dropping off some other tools.

She began to write things down, but then questioned what I asked and repeated something different about the vacuum. She said that the way I worded it sounded confusing and she just wanted to make sure that she understood what I said.

This is so frustrating to me. I told her how she doesn't listen to me and then she walked away with an attitude.

Then I asked her what is wrong and she tries to tell me that I upset her because she says that I am impatient with her.

I said I was sorry that she was upset, but found no reason to apologize for what I did cause I did nothing wrong.

I have had an estranged relationship with my mother pretty much most of my life.

There was a span of 12 years (ages 8 - 20) where I didn't speak or see my mother, and then we reunited and got along OK for a few years, but I got upset and broke off our relationship and haven't spoken to my mom in 7 (ages 28 to 35) years.

Here's my question, should I try once more to establish a relationship with my mother? I don't know why, but I feel like I need her for some reason.

How would you recommend I go about trying to do this?

I dated this guy off and on for almost 3 years, I first noticed that he would call just when I was getting ready to leave, or just when I got home. I thought wow, we have a strong connection. Then I noticed he would always call when I was on the phone with my baby's daddy and god forbid if i didn't answer it., Then I noticed if I was home and didn't answer his call he would call back over and over but if I was out and he called he would only call once (caller Id told me how many times he called) These are just some of the coincidences, Finally the one that made me go ewwww, was when I was cleaning my house and singing, If I only had a brain ( you know from the wizard of oz) and the phone rings I picked it up and it was him singing that exact same song. At first I thought I was paraniod, but now I think he was somehow watching me, or my house or something. What do you think? Me and my girlfreind have been going out for almost 2 monthes now and i want to buy her a little something. I have a friend that is in love with a guy that loves her in return and been friends over 4 years.
