I was just getting ready to leave work, it was about 6:30am Pacific time, I was working the graveyard shift. As I passed a patient's room, I saw the T.V. on and popped in for a look. Only stayed a few seconds........ then went home and caught the whole thing on the news. It seemed unreal, and took a while to sink in. It was just unbelievable, it seemed to come from nowhere, totally unexpected. Innocent people killed to shock and terrorize the rest of the country. What a tragic waste.

I was at home and had turned the tv on just after the first plane and right before the second plane hit the second tower. I had to leave to go sit with an elderly lady and watched the news there. I couldn't believe and understand what was happening. Not sure I still understand it.

I was in school, and my shcool did not inform us untill 1 pm. I remember kids were getting phonecalls in the middle of class, and parents were taking their kids out of school. We were in total confussion, and had no idea what was going on until they finally told us over the P.A. Classes were basically discussing what was going on and what could of possibly happened. We did nothing but watch the news, but were not able to completely grasp the magnitude of what had happened, so nobody but the teachers cried. My birthday was the next day, and i remember everyone seemed to be acting like everything was normal, but there was still a look in everyones eyes of saddness and disbelief.

I was on a Brink's truck near Mayport, FL(Next to Jacksonville). We are not allowed to have radios on the armored truck, so when I went into my next stop, a casino ship, everyone was in the office sitting on the boss's desk and staring up at the TV. I looked up to see the second plane hit, and I called my driver on my handheld and told him "two airliners just collided with the twin towers in Man-
hattan" and my driver said, "Ah-hahhh..." (he's from Maine)
Very disturbingly surreal.

I was working at the Pentagon when the Plane hit the outer ring. I had dropped my aunt and uncle of at the airport at 6 am that morning. They were on the plane that hit the Pentagon. I still see the plane hitting the building in my dreams. I lost family that day and I WISH WE COULD KILL ALL WHO HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE ATTACKS. I was the DEM'S would take their head out of their A**ES to realize President Bush is doing all he can to protect us. But they keep telling the Terrorist what we are doing to catch them. We need to SHOOT THEM ALONG WITH THE TERRORIST!

When the first plane hit I was in my car listening to the radio thinking they must be making a joke. Then at work the televisons in the lobby were swarmed by employees. My boss was at a client site so I ran back and fourth from my desk to the lobby filling him in on what was going on. ...basically a blow by blow. I'll never forget having to give that kind of news as it was unfolding. God bless us all!

We were on a plane flying from Sydney to Cairns for a holiday and arrived at 1am to hear the news. We got to the hotel and watched all night, in total disbelief.
