Trying to help you out. Google gave nothing. Bad info, there. Reverse look up gave the land line based in IN so no help at all. I called the # and it said the person wasn't taking calls right now.

The 317 area code means it comes from Marion county. It's probably from Indianapolis. I would try to find a reverse phone book online, but I'm not sure if one exists.

give the number to the police, and a recording, if you can. the more evidence you have, the better. get a few before the cops. try a reverse look up in yellowpages .com

do a reverse lookup on the phone number look ups... if that doesnt give it to u look if its a cell number ... if that doesnt work then do the dial back code!!! if its a no call back call the phone company or the police

isn't there a way that you can hit a number to see who it is? like to do a redial back immediatedly? call your local phone co. for assistance. hope you get them.
