Walk straight up to her shake her hand and Introduce yourself. Tell you think she seems intelligent and pretty and that you would like to take her out sometime. Don't try lines or acting witty. Be yourself and be respectful.

just be yourself, seriously. no girl likes a guy who is afraid to be himself. ask her if she is seeing anyone and if not, just ask her out, but don't try some cheesy line. literally ask her if she'd like to go out with you.
