Remember the kids. Not because they're the reason you should keep the relationship (at the cost of your own happiness) but because you don't want to confuse "what's best for the kids" with "what's best".
Also, now is not the time to think about financial dependence. You'll do what you need to do. Otherwise things can only get worse.
You need to see a marriage counselor.

You are probably one of the dumbest people alive. People like you need to just go away and start a cult for idiotic people. All you care about is money. Your husband has cheated and all you are wondering is if you should stay. You probably knew this before you even married him, he probably cheated on you when you were dating but you continued to be with him because you didn't want to be lonely. So you did what any other stupid girl would do and you married him. And then there were a couple of fights and you decided that the only way that he was going to stick around is if you got pregnant. Now you have two kids that probably hate your guts and a husband that is banging another dumb idiot. Grow up and move on. Think about your kids before you think about yourself. If I were you I would give the kids up for adoption and just run away with an unsuspecting man. Believe me you and your kids will be a lot better off. I am sure that your husband had a good reason to go wandering off.

This bothers allot if you love him. If you like him still, just keep living like that. If you feel comfortable, if you can buy all what you like and need, if you can make a gift without problems to anyone, if you are financially free, JUST STAY THERE. Today's life is hard. If you don't have a job, you will suffer specially if you have kids. You will have to work hard and double to support your apartment, your kids, your bills, your car and the times for family gifts. Unless you can try and ask him what will he do if you get your own place, or if you want him to leave? Will he support you the same even if you don't live together? Will he pay all your bills? Why not asking him why he love the double life? If he likes that, and you disagree, then try to save as much as you can, open your own deposit (and fill it up), so when you decide to leave, you will free of debts and able to live comfortable. It is up to you the final decision, is your life and your kids future...

I would've left him and filed for divorce the minute I found out, especially since the relationship has been going on for a long time. To me cheating is the utmost form of betrayal, and he obviously doesn't respect you if he's been unfaithful for so long and basically lying to you.
It's curious that you don't mention loving him, just that he has obviously provided well financially for you and your family. If it's financial matters that worry you, it might be time for you to roll up your sleeves and start preparing for having to provide for yourself and for your kids. If the worry is financial, don't, if you decide to divorce him you are entitled to half of everything that you built together, that means that you would either end up keeping the house or selling it and dividing the proceeds in half. Also remember that he has to provide for his kids, whether you are together or not.
If you choose to work things out, make sure that it's for the right reasons(LOVE, your family) and not purely due to money. But ask yourself these questions: Would you ever be able to trust him again? Are you confident that he would end his relationship with his mistress and not continue to be unfaithful? Do you see your relationship restored to it's initial integrity? If your answer to any of these questions is no, you have your answer. You don't want to make your life miserable and be a second plate when you could easily find someone who will love both you and your kids, and be what every woman deserves: faithful and honoring of your family.
Whatever you decide, turn to God and ask him to give you strength and decision either way. You might also want to seek advice from a church or pastor to assist you in your journey.

Personally, I would divorce him. It sounds like the only reason you want to stay is for the money. If he is wealthy, you will get to keep your house and your children. You will also receive a monthly check. He has broken the terms of your marriage.
However, some women live with this and love their husband anyway. Despite this disrespect, does he otherwise treat you well. Does he feel like a partner still? Ultimately, this is a decision that only you can make. Good luck.

You have been totally disrespected several times. Different strokes for different folks. But, I would not stay around someone that has done and that is still doing me that way. Find a damn good lawyer keep the pictures and the video tapes. This lawer will work it out for you. You will be surprised at what he will be able to do in your favor. ALways get your respect!!!!!

Get a really good lawyer, take him for everything he has and you have together, make sure he pays child support alimony and make sure you keep the house and car and stuff. After it is over go ahead and find a job. If you have all that evidence you should be able to get everything plus some.

If you are not able to afford the house on your own, sell this one, split the proceeds and take your half and buy one you can afford by yourself.
If he has been in the relationship with the other woman for that long, it probably won't be easy to for him to end it, if indeed you even care if he does. I would personally not want to be involved with him anymore. He disrespects you, the vows he took with you, your relationship and doesn't care enough about the kids to put them and you first.
I know it is hard, but my advice is to dump him and get on with your life without him so you can find your happiness again.
Good luck

Oh Dear, love yourself, and be committed to the care of your young children. You deserve a better man than this. Make a plan to leave, secretly, don't let him know you know, go back to school so you can support yourself, and get into counseling to prepare yourself to go through divorce, and look forward to your new beginning, and for the future of meeting a man who loves you completely, and is faithful.
