Both, play the field. You don't have to commit to either and be their girl friend. Just take time with both for a while and see who is best for you.

I assume Hector is the one you have a crush on. My advise to you is to do nothing for exactly 30 days then see how you feel. If Emmanuel is sincere, then you will know by then. If he is not, then you will know that too. Either way, making a big decision when you are upset is always a bad idea.
From personal experience - once a cheater, always a cheater, but we each have to find our own path.
