I haven't been feeling well, and I don't yet have anything for my mom's birthday.... We are going to dinner in an hour and a half....
I can run out now, but would love some ideas... she seems to have everything, but I want her to feel appreciated.....HELP!!!

Obviously no guy should hit a woman, period....but when a woman starts hitting you, you usually just stand there and take it, b/c what else can you do? Well, how about spit in their face??? Its degrading and gets to the point...right?

I just broke up with my b/f yesterday after being together for 1 year just for the fact that he has been "talking" with other girls. But now that i am single i have this friend that really likes me and wants to go out, but since i just broke up with my ex i don't think i am wanting a relationship right now and i don't know what to tell him. Before me and my ex got together i liked this dude but he wouldn't do anything about it so i gave up, but now he has the feelings and i don't know what to do. I like him as a friend and maybe more but i don't want to be together right now and i don't know what to tell him to maybe keep him around until i am ready. He keeps asking me and i keep telling him that it is complicated and he gets mad at me. So what do you guys think?

I have been talking to this man via phone 4 the past 2 months now. He says he loves me constantly. we have the same goals in life. the same morals. this is it, now we had tele sex the other day and i text him about it. (oooooooo he has a gf) she was using the phone and saw the text with my #. she called me today saying i sould leave her man. The thing is she dont treat him the way he should be treated. I strive at being the best at what I can do in the bedroom and I expect the same from my girlfriend (btw - no complaints here); but I was wondering what the Yahoo! Answers community feels about if the Man should have most of the skills, if the woman should have most of the skills, or if it should be a equal effort?

I have a gay friend who I have been in love with for so long..I use to work for him in another town..He quit that job and asked me to come and work for him in another town, and I did it!!! I am 25 years old, I have been working in a law firm of one of my dad's friends for about 6 monthes. I am married, and I have a 3 month old little girl. I am the only woman who works at the firm as an attorney and the youngest there, most of the guys are 30+. During my six monthes there, there have been several parties and social functions connected to the firm. During the last monthes, the wives of the other members have become very mean to me. Most of them are housewives who have never worked a day in thier lives. They totally exclude me, one called me a "bad mother" even though my husband is a stay at home dad and an ausome father! They always knitpick at me, saying nasty remarks about my clothing, look etc. There was a party that one of them held for all of the wives of the firm, and I wasn't even invited, they completely exluded me. I don't get what is going on?? I am always very nice and get a long with all of the guys that I work with very well. Why are these women so mean?

He is the love of my life. It has been the best of times and the worst of times. We almost divorced 5 months ago. He spent 5 years trying to give me a child I always wanted even though he did not want kids. He was diagnosed with early onset Parkinson's Disease at age 38, two months before our daughter was born via a surrogate mother. He is financially successful and it is very difficult to to buy him gifts because he doesn't really need much and he always prefers that I don't spend a lot of money. I don't know how to let him know how much I appreciate and adore him. He is going through a difficult time in his life from every angle
