i need help cause i dont know what to do heres my story
i have had things happen to me in the past few year that wernt my fault but the upset me so much that i find my self cryin my self to sleep. my life was goin fine for a few months then all of a sudden i started to cry alot or feel like crying. my friends have knowticed that i have been quieter and not as much fun. and when i here this 1 song that didnt used to upset me now makes me cry. the song is outside looking in by Jordan Pruitt. every time i here this song these day i start to cry. im not thinking good about my self lately. i think im fat(im 4'11" and weigh 99 lbs.) i hate my teeth and my hair and b4 i thought i had kinda manly shoulders but i just recently found out that one of my best friends said that i did have manly shoulders.honestly i think if fat and ugly. i dont know y i been feeling like this lately help me please

I'm in love with a guy with whom i'm doing the same degree but different mojors. Last yr (our 1st yr) i used to see him everyday now i hardly come across him i the corridors.He is an intrivert and i'm the exert oposite.he is nice to me and we used to stare at each other in class.i don't know if he likes me or he just puts up with me coz i bother him a lot,trying to get him out of his shell. since our separation,my chances of getting close to him have become very slime.i miss him;his smile, the way we stared, voice, inteligence.i want him to be a part of my life if only as a friend.how do i do this?

My wife has three brothers and is the only girl. She is the second eldest child of the 4. She is in her 20's now, married obviously, is a home owner with a college degree and a career.

Her mother is very hard on her! Nothing she does makes her mom happy. My wife is an overacheiver, she feels she has to be the best at everything to have her mother's approval.

But her mom always has something to say to make her feel like she isn't good enough. Sometimes she seems jealous of her accomplishments too!

Her older brother is an alcoholic, but if my wife drank (which she doesn't) and got drunk then her mother would be disappointed.
Its okay for her brothers to be losers, but she has to be perfect.
She expects so much of my wife, and its impossible to be so the perfect daughter.

Why are some mothers like this with their daughters?

I have heard from other women that this is common.

I'm struggling under credit card debt. Accrued a $20,000 balance. Actually cut up all the cards about around 1995, and for about 5 years after that I did a great job of making payments, cut balance down to a little under $10,000. Then seems like my life fell apart and I couldn't find work, sold my vehicle to have money for rent. Stopped making credit card payments. Moved around a lot and stopped receiving billings.
For several years now I've gotten by without credit cards, living off what I make, oftentimes volunteering at places which provide room and board.
My parents have offered to pay off my balances. They offer, I assume, because they love me. But I'm finding it so hard to accept their gift. I think of it as a mess I made, and I should clean it up, not them.
I know other people who've let their parents give them money, sometimes way more than this amount.
Why can't I just say yes to their gift? Please share if you have similar story. Thanks.

My mom and I have always disagreed and fought on EVERYTHING! I'm 22 now, don't live at home, I am a mother, and a wife. She has always been controlling, and is still trying to run my life. I have never wanted to lead the life that she wants for me, and that really upsets her. She said that she doesn't want to have anything to do with me, and that really hurts, but I'm ready to just accept the fact that she is completely nuts and there is nothing that I can do to try and salvage this situation. The problem is, is that her and my daughter (whom is 3) have a good loving relationship. I trust my mom with her to a point, and don't know how to let them have a relationship if her and I can't have a relationship...it just isn't normal or right in my eyes. What should I do? I feel that I've tried reaching out to her so many times, and she just doesn't want to accept me for who I am. We are both very hard headed people, and I don't think that either one of us are going to change.

I'm 13, my mom worries a lot about my breasts and don't want boys staring at me.I'm a C cup, so, she makes me wear bras that give much support and no see-through. I agree, but she goes overboard. The bras she makes me wear are at http://www.anita.com/de/en/0,1,104,1478,39236__products-detail.htm They have 4 rows of hooks in the back. Though I agree they are good quality bras, I don't like them, they are confining and hot. Not the bra a 13 yo would enjoy, don't u agree? But I have no way out. I did EVERYTHING I could for her to let me wear other bras, but she didn't back off and no one else succeeded either. She says it's for my best and is out of love. I know, but, don't like those bras. She's nice, we have a wonderful relationship and I'm afraid if I rebel or disobey our relationship can be damaged. Is it worth fighting over this bra thing? Since she wont really change her mind, how can I live with those bras? When it's hot they make me sweat!
