I have got friends talks with whom are very connected. I have got good understanding of people and they like it. we feel connected when we talk and they really feel i understand them and they really like talking to me and sharing thoughts with me.
But the same people ignore me in the class or in the groups of our classmates because i'm not good academically and they don't wana be called my friends by others. I'm in a very good college and academics is really important and in that respect i'm a loser. Though they like me, they don't want to talk2me when other intelligent people are around. Can you explain it?

Okay this is the situation I have been married for over 16years I take care of my mother-in-law while my husband has his affairs with other women now I have taken care of his mom and dealt with this for the past 16years he is abusive verbably and mentaly and at times physically and his 84 year old mom knows this .
Now I have filed for divorce but not served him because I want to move out first I know if I serve him while I am at home he will come after me . He does come and go from the house because his mom still gives him permission to come in . Now the reason I am concerned is because she suffers heart problems and he is her only son there is no one else to take care of her.

I have been dating my boyfriend for 4 years and have become really good friends with his friends. Recently, my sister started dating my boyfriend's best friend (only a couple of dates). They are 9 years apart and at different places in their lives. She is still in college and he graduated years ago and is currently working full time. He owns his own house and she still lives with my parents. They also live about an hour away from each other and she doesnt drive.

I don't like the idea of her hanging around and going out with me and my friends. Is there anything that I can do to convince her it won't work or at least for me to feel better about the situation?

I've already tried talking to her, but since I'm her sister, she won't listen to me!

I've been literally searching for months for that perfect wedding invitation set or kit. I'm not in a huge rush so I'd like to find the right one. I'm willing to print, glue & sticker whatever necessary to have a high quality, heavy card stock, classic (formal evening wedding) invitation. I've got all the catalogs, I've been to Michael's, JoAnn's, Target, Wal-Mart, Office Depot, etc. I'd prefer something that's handmade "looking" in style.

The closest I've come to finding something I like (for an example) is Paper Prince. My ideal item is from Birchcraft, but it's from their "Handmade" line and it's over $800 for all the pieces!! Can't do that. I'd like to spend no more than $300ish for all pieces.

My colors are black, white & burgundy/wine.

Any suggestions?? Seen any great websites in your searching??

I know it's a challenging request, but it's my wedding, right? I just want to find that special piece. :) HELP!
