You seem very confused. Why not try the question again?? If you meant how prevelent is incest in the Us My guess is about 10 to 15 percent of the families have had some kind of incest but few come to light.

incest is high in those states where it is colder and far away from populated states... like utah as an example.
Poligamy and all that nonsense is high in the northern and most sparse states too.
