My husband has been having an affair for over a year, and I've been trying to get him to sign the divorce papers. Sometimes I have a change of heart and think we should give it a shot.

In the meantime, he's been stringing his mistress along. He told her that he was going to move into an apartment (he hasn't signed a lease) and that he's going to get a divorce (paper's aren't signed and he keeps coming back).

Well, I found out that she has set up a moving date to move out of her apartment (thinking she will live with my husband), and she is looking for a new job. He's been staying with me the past week because he has a friend in town, and he hasn't talked to the mistress. It's obvious to me that he doesn't love her so why can't she take a hint and move on without him? She has the idea stuck in her head that they are going to be together. Why?

is 140 lbs at 5'2" too big? I feel fat and ugly, but everyone tells me... "you are tiny. you ain't fat. here eat this, you need to eat. wish I was that small." ...blah, blah, blah... and all that, but I think they are just saying that because they want me to be fatter to feel better about themselves. I want to loose about 20 lbs.
I'm so depressed. I really am. Tell me something.

I have not been in love with my wife for about 3 years. She is a wonderful person but we have had a roomate/brother-sister relationship. All of our freinds know it and while I have been a good provider I have not been the best husband, just exclude her from "guys" stuff and have been unavailable. She is really sweet and a cute girl, but our sexlife and emotional intamacy died years ago. We are in our early 30's and at one point we went a whole year without sex. We have no kids... just animals and we even did try counseling to no avail. My wife was delusional thinking that we were going to have kids one day, while I am not totally opposed to kids I refused to bring them in to the relationship to try to "fix" it. I moved out last week and have finally said that I can no longer live this way... being unemotionally invested :(... I am feeling sad since she will make someone a great wife one day. She is nice, funny, cute and likes football and beer, but I am not in love with her.

I am supporting her every way possible,( including financially and i have just been made redundant from work ) She wont listen to any of the advice her family gives her, She does everything she wants regarding her boyfriend and does not seem to mind the pain she causes to me or her dad and family, Because she is pregnant i dont want to upset her, We all know the pain she is going to go through with this boy but she just wont have it, Has anyone any advice?

whenever we fight, he always leaves me at home with no money, no phone, and no car. knowing i have no friends it seems to make him happy knowing i'm sitting at home worrying about him. He lately has been hanging out with friends that he's know forever, but his ex girlfriend is always there. it makes me jealous and mad. if i were to do the same he would be so pissed.what do i do???

My ex husband & I have 3 kids, a 4yr old boy and 2 1/2yr old twins. I left him because of domestic violence almost 3 yrs ago so I sent him to jail for it. I was 2 mos preg w/twins. We lived in Mn so I came back to Tx. He was out in a month, then 2 mos later he was incarcerated again for sexual assault. He was "dating" a 13 yr old girl (his twins sister in law.) They were caught having sex by her father and spent 23mos because of it. He was released as a sex offender. Now he has been in and out because his drug tests don't come out clean. I have been in child support court about 8 times but of course he never shows up because he's in jail. And they can't arrest him cuz he's out of the state.

If he pays child support and if he comes to Tx can he take the kids? Can he visit them here in Tx? What options do I have?

My boyfriend and i have decided to wait till we are married to have sex. I am 20 and he is 21. Neither of us have had sex before. I always had guys in high school try to with me, but i was so shy they never even got close. They always called me "a waste of a good body". The kid's grandma is a bigtime lawyer so he feels like he can't fight. Can't really afford his own lawyer, but the kids are neglected when with her. She parties and leaves them with whoever. We live in Indiana and want to welcome all three kids to be with us, but are stuck on how to go about doing it.
