Is there any significance wearing a ring on the right ring finger?

It is all relative and subject to the person wearing the ring. We could all guess at the probable answer, but nobody can tell you better than the ring bearer. For me it would mean I am in a monogamous lesbian relationship..... See what I mean.

In America and most western Cultures it's just the typical ring finger, But In many easter and even European cultures they wear the weeding ring on the right hand, not the left!

it means your engaged and it makes no sense 2 me why u put the engagement ring on your left hand when your not married yet.
