if a female is 24 and a guy 23 and they have been dating for three years is it too young to expect a marriage proposal?

Do you mean is it wrong to expect a marriage proposal? That depends. If you mean to young NO. After being together three years a couple should have some idea of where their relationship is headed. If the female wants marriage and the male doesn't or the male wants marriage and the female doesn't they need to talk about it. If they don't feel the same way then maybe the relationship is not what either of them needs.

Three years dating should be enough to knowing each other and deciding for marriage, but.., age is really so important in your case, because both of you are so young to get married! Why don`t you wait for a few years more, you are together in anyway! Otherwise you would be regret I`m afraid!

I think that if the two of them are mature, in love, and know what "marriage" truly means (the ups and downs) as well as the full life time commitment, then why not accept a marriage proposal?

No, not too young...although there's no need to rush...it depends on the couple and when they are comfy with the idea of marriage...
I got married the first time at 19, we'd been dating for a year...

I got married to my hubby at 21 (hubby was the same age).Although I dont recommend marrying too young. Men are rarely mature enough to handle being married at a younger age.

It depends if he is into you like you're into him. Do you love him and know you want to spend the rest of your life with him. If yes then go ahead and if he does go for it. If you think he isnt the one or you feel to young for marriage then dont bother with it. Maybe you should suggest future pland with him and tell him how you really feel.
