He never says whether he wants me to be in the same city with him, once I asked when he emailed me checking, he just said, "go whichever appeals you most" What does this mean? He just keeps emailing me saying "how is your job searching going, be sure you are looking, it is really important!" I graduated from a Top Univ and already got job offers in the city he is currently living now but I dont want to start work since I have other plans going on, also I am afraid to be in the same city with him even though that is largest city! I guess we do not have any chance to get back together, I got too much hurt and headaches. But his frequent checking makes me wondering-should I just cut off contact with him once and for all?

My step daughter is homeless right now. She is in the middle of a divorce from her abusive husband and we didn't want the babies on the street. My 16 year old just doesn't understand. We just moved into a new house less than a month ago.

Were you taught to fix your mistakes even if you have a punishment first and were you disiplined when you did something wrong? Did you parent's back down from disipling you or "forgetting" that you were grounded? Or did you parents leave it to someone else to disipline you like the school and you didn't have anyother repercutions at home? In your case, which parent did most of the disiplining and did your parents work together afterwards or one was more the "fun parent". What have you become because of disipline?

A guy I loved last semester in college completely dumped me and it hurt me badly. I see him all the time now on campus and do everything to avoid him because I still have feelings for him, ashamedly.The problem is, he's,like, everywhere I go. I see him walking with girls all the time and it hurts me to think I wasn't good enough for him. How can I forget him and move on? I don't want to admit it, but I still have these crazy feelings for him, even though I am very angry and hurt. Please help

Ive posted quite a few questions relating to this guy.
Ive been friends with this dude for a year now and we had a lil something going on awhile ago and then he just stopped it without warning or justification. We went a few months as just friends, but about 3 months ago we started something up again. I didnt take it too seriously b/c he wasnt interested in a relationship and neither was I. Only for me to find out, not too shortly after that convo, he in fact has strong feelings for me. I admitted to him that I felt the same way. All has been going well since then. He told me he loved me, all was awesome. Then recently he got into a funk and wasnt as affectionate as he had used to be. He just went on vacation, but I could tell that he spent his excess energy on making me feel good and loved before he left. He even gave up WoW to spend time with me. I was worried about this funk he's been in for a few days. That and he has the naked ex pics. Though those are minor flaws...is it good?

about three years i decided to leave my parents place...even though they've been threating to kick me out before....my father ended up physically abusing me before i left while my step mom and sister listened(i didn't call the police (too nice))...i was homeless for three days...had no family contact me even though they had phone numbers to get through to me....now i live far away from all of them and am happy with my husband they wanna call me..i don't talk to my parents no more just my sister..(i kind of forgave her i guess she was shocked about what happened)...my sister is now pregnant and her man is a jackass..she's carrying a baby with no confidence hes gonna be there...she wishes that i can come live with her..i feel bad..i already gave her a long speech that am there for her and her kid..but why am i so nice??..i went through lots noboby helped me..i hate this way about me i need to toughen up..should i let her go through her problems by herself? When I first got with my guy,I was under the impression that him and his baby's mama weren't together, that he was just there for the kids. I wanted so badly to believe him! So, just recently her & the kids moved in his dad's house.
Supposedly, him & the wife had a place together a while ago and she had took off and he didn't know where. Now, he discovers they had been in a shelter and so his dad took it upon himself to move her & the kids in his house.
Anyways, it's almost 2 in the morning & I get a call from the wife. She's trying to find out where her baby's dad is. Then we get to talking and she tells me all this stuff about how he had been cheating on her for the 9 years they were together.
Now, my guy's constantly told me that they weren't together because of her bad attitude, and he was very unhappy w/her and the sex was bad. But she tells me that their still together and still having sex. Then she brings up the fact that he's sleeping with another female...

Hey ppl, it's long story, but I sacrifice and left my country and family for a girl that we suppose to marry, but her dad ask for a dowry (Mahr) of 2 millions $. Now I am alone in forgien country and she sacrifice me for the sake of her father, she left to please her dad, although she love me so much, and she promised me from befor that she will elope with me if she have to befor I left my country, so right now I am alone in forgien country and all I asked to be with someone will care about me.
And like 2 month ago she cut every contact with me and I can't see her or even talk to her.
I am so mad and angry becuz right now I miss her so much and I am feeling alone with big stress around me, speacilly after I got sick for 3 days with no one to take care of me or know anything about me, I could die and no one will know.... so I know a way to destroy her relationship with her family and make her alone around the ppl around her, so should I do that or no !!! she may back to me !!!

We're in our mid 20's, She and I work together and have become more solid friends for the past 4 years. It's only been 3 weeks since she broke up with her boyfriend of 5 years. However, she and I have now been hanging out more often after work and on weekends. We're taking it slow and checking it out new restaurants together. Now that she's single, it seems like this huge wall's been knocked down and my heart's shining with new zeal. I care a lot about her, but I'm not sure she feels the same way about me. The only thing I'm sure of is that she really cares about our friendship. Somehow, I feel the only way for our transcend to a meaningful relationship is to let things go flow naturally and wait for her to signal me she's ready for something more. I don't want to be a rebound guy and am not looking forward to getting hurt. However, I feel she's worth it. I'm scared of heights, but I'm willing to climb up anything to be with her. anyway... what do you think?
