A guy I loved last semester in college completely dumped me and it hurt me badly. I see him all the time now on campus and do everything to avoid him because I still have feelings for him, ashamedly. The problem is, he's,like, everywhere I go. I see him walking with girls all the time and it hurts me to think I wasn't good enough for him. How can I forget him and move on? I don't want to admit it, but I still have these crazy feelings for him, even though I am very angry and hurt. Please help

I know how you feel I went through it when I was younger. When you see him at school just blank him out. I know it's hard and you still have deep feelings for him. At least your avoiding him. Just hang with your friends. That is the only way your going to forget him is by seeing him around and with other girls. But eventually your heart will mend. He was not a very nice person in the first place to do you like that. Everyone in there lifetime has been through some type of love pain. You will get through it. It takes time but everyday it will get better. I know you will find a good man that will love you with all his heart. It was his lost. And he will realize it when it's to late! Good luck!

First of all, realize that this is totally normal. You should not be ashamed of your feelings. Realize that the feelings for another person will always be there in some small way. The trick is not to let them take over your whole being. Try to stay as busy as you can meeting new people, and doing new things, and you will be surprised how soon you have someone else to occupy your mind. Good luck, and God bless you sweetie.

I know it's hard but it is essential that you let go.
The healing process won't be the fastest but you will recover from this loss.
My first bit of advice to you is that when you see him, act like you're on top of the world, even if you're not; this way he doesn't feel like he has accomplished in ruining your life.
Also, try spending more nights out with the girls; go to a club; have a good time; get your party on.
Do fun things that will take your mind off of this guy, it takes time, but eventually you won't care half as much as you do now.

I know it must hurt, I have been in a situation like that, all I did was do my job and try not to think about him as hard as it was, and see that he dumped me and was not wanting a real relationship and try and get over him and eventually when he was with other girls I lost interest after awhile because I was no longer being thought of by him. I learned not to cry for someone who won't cry over me. Hope this helps.

The only way you can be back is to have some confidence in yourself. Why do you allow him to control your life? Is he the only person in this world who can meet your needs? Don't be fooled into thinking that you cannot forget him!
You are as equally desirable as him and you are equally capable of having other partners. So show him that his movements with other girls do not bother you. You can start by being friendly with other boys. You will soon realize that there are other good boys if not better ones than him!

Poor thing...That's the worst to be happening...I doubt you can do anything right now..but try not to aviod him which will make him feel even more proud of what he has done to you..meanwhile..focus on your studies..be an intelligent gal as most guys are attracted to gals whos intelligent and with charisma and let him know what's the meaning of regrets...and there you are being a winner...and he's just a plain loser...
We have to save our dignity as a female..don't let the males look down on us..we can live without males...but males cannot live with female..(because there's something call sex)

Ummmm your going to have to get over him. Take your time and try to avoid looking at anyone and the such. And when your ready go and find somebody else. Also, always be with your friends, they'll help you get over him. It sucks that the person who breaks up with you isnt the one who's hurt. Happened to me. Move on :(

It takes a minute to have a crush on someone, an hour to like someone, and a day to love someone -- but it takes a lifetime to forget someone.
Trying to forget someone you loved is like trying to remember someone you never knew
you never really stop loving someone. you just learn to try to live without them, as sad as it seems.
Life goes on, and so should you, as hard as it seems. You`ll find your Prince Charming eventually.
