I've read a lot about bondage and discipline lately. And wondered how you guys felt about it.

There is good and there is bad S&M, it all depends on the partner and how trustworthy he/she is.
There is a whole spectrum of sexual appetites, that range from love bondage to heavy SM stuff (the whips and chains part).
The term BDSM covers three subgroupings: Bondage & Discipline (B&D), Domination & Submission (D&S) and Sadism & Masochism (S&M).
I like it, nothing heavy, light bondage and light SM, just enough to spice up sex every so often.

Sadism and masochism is a very healthy way to express your sexuality if you are sexually turned on by giving or receiving pain. The endorphins released are a natural high for both partners. Two good books are Screw the Roses, Give me the Thorns and SM101. Find the BDSM social groups in your community and attend a munch. You will find a room full of folks just like you and you will feel like you have come home. These are consenting adult partners who have a very regimented protocol of contracts and negotiations before they engage in any play.

I got nothing against S & M but personally I don't do that to my wife and vice-versa.
