well let me tell u...ive been in this relationship 4 about 3 months...our chemistry and attraction 4 eachother is amazing! i really do feel like hes the one! everything is so different wit him then its been with neother guy...i want to marry him...but im still in high school...and still living with mom and dad. hes 21 and can support me...its up to me though. he cares about me enough to let me finish school and make something of myself! he makes me feel really good. i can hardly go a day without seeing him...i really really do love him. should i follow my heart and commit to him already??? or should i wait til' i know 4 sure...and have my life together?

My mother has issues with me being an adult and marrying another woman.

She says she has “empty nest” and feels lonely. She tried to break up my engagement.

She has been divorced for 15 years and hasn’t had a boyfriend or date in 10 years.

I see her once a month at family gatherings and I bring my wife with me.

At the all day family event I spend alone time with my mother talking about life.

People suggest for me to create a date night, like once a month, for just me and my mom to go out and spend time together.

I refuse to do this! I am a grown up and I am not going to baby my mother.

I think its fair for her to see me once a month and talk to me on the phone twice a week.

A lot of times my wife and I go to dinner with my mother and spend time together on top of seeing her with the family.

Am I jerk for not spending all this alone time with my mom?

She wasn’t the best mom and I don’t really like to see her more than I already do anyway.

My best friend is getting married in October. I am her maid of honor. Because of that, I have been involved in quite a bit of the wedding process: dress picking, planning, bridal shower, etc.

Anyway, lately I have been envious of her. I am in a long-term relationship (Been friends with the guy about 2 years and dated about a year, and now live together.) and really feel this urge of wanting to get engaged.

Note: My relationship is great. I'm really happy, and I had a LONG talk with my boyfriend last night and he says he wants to marry me, but wants to be able to (financially) support me before he does.

He also said something that I thought was odd. He said that all (single) women go through wedding envy when someone close to them gets married, and that he expected to hear it a lot sooner than now.

My questions are:

Does every girl get wedding envy? Is it normal?

And, does anyone have any suggestions on how to fight these feelings? I feel like a moron and want to be rid of them.

My brother is kind of freaking out. He found out his girlfriend, and he are kinda sorta related through marriage. See his girlfriend is his 2nd cousins husbands daughter from his first marriage. So they are not related through blood at all, but he still is kinda freaked. What should he do? Better yet what would you do in this situation? Yesterday during our conversation my girlfriend said to me that the thing she most likes about me is that I am sweet and humble! What does it mean when a girl says this? Is it a good thing? For some odd reason I am wondering whether she will lose interest if I stop being funny and if she will become bored of me?

Well... i have a best mate and we've been real close ever since we were lil tods, and we did everything together you know, school, our first boy friend, our first kiss etc... and now shes changed alot recently, since somone called her "hot" she feels that she has to go and have a sh.ag with the next guy that comes along.
So yeah, shes sleeping around, and im here and the only real thing is on my mind is school being as i have soon got important exams. I've spoken to my mum about this and how dissapointed i am becuase i always thought she was worth more than that. My mum said "just ditch the b*tch" but i feel i can't do that, not after the years we've spent together... is she worth keeping? what would you do?

Not only is she having underage sex but... shes found someone who sells cheap drugs, so now shes hanging out with other druggies, but when we are together we have a really good laugh together, but i dont wanna be over-protective of her.

Hi there ppl...^_^ Well, today after school, as I was waiting for a taxi to come, I saw this girl from my same school.

She too, was waiting for her dad to come.

Now, I dont even know her, and maybe she is a bit younger than me.

But, she was really pretty and attractive.....^_^
She had a nice face, fine body and blablablabla....:)

Soo.......Of course, I glanced short glances at her......Being an adolecsent, thats completely normal...^_<
While I kept looking at her, she and my eyes met.........TWICE!!

Whew!! her eyes sure were Heck beautiful!!!

Okay, but, as her and my eyes met for the third time, her vehicle came and she got in.
And again, she glaned at me and I looked at her too....^_^

Quite a bit of eye contact huh??? yeah....^_<

And when her vehicle started moving, I saw a smile playing on her lips.......^_^

It was a smile which meant as if she was happy that I noticed her...^_^

the eastern style of marraige, and that is never daiting , and fixed marraige between the perants of the bride and the perants of the groom , the bride sees the groom then talks to him for few days in her house then tell her perants her answer wich is yes or no to marry him, and if it yes there well be 5 celebrations,
1- to ask for her hand infront of her family and his family(the closest members),
2- to make a party mostly for the relatives of the bride and a little of grooms close relatives.2-3 hours
3-a partty called"henna" wich is for speciall cultural people.
4-the big day, the huge weddding party and the candels and the mens speciall dance and the wedding stays 3-4 hours .
5- a small party after wedding were the relatives of the bride gives the bride money as a gift.
and ya i forgut about the mens party wich happens at night out side drinking only coffeand doing speciall dancing, and cutting the grooms hair as a new life beggining

In the past four months I found out my husband was having an affair - we divorced. During the four months he has changed his mind a number of times - he would tell me he wanted to come home and then return to her. I finally told him to take some time and figure out what he wanted from life. What did he do? Start up with her again. Now he plans to move in with her in December and has introduced her as a "friend" to our son. I asked him why he was in such a rush. We were married for ten years! Any ideas on why he is in such a rush when he is obviously very confused? I believe he is self-destructing and heading for another failed relationship. ok now me and my ex broke up bout a month and a half ago and i still have friends that dont' know and all that and when i tell them they ask the reason(here in lies my problem) also me and her are still friends but have moved on other people and other things, whenever i tell my friends the reason for the break up (she broke up with me by the way) but whenever i tell them laugh at it and tell me that that is the biggest load of bull that they have ever heard, i know it is i just wanna get sm more opinions. also we both r freshman in hs keep that in mind. the reason is this, she tells me that she doesn't wanna be tied down going into high school, now everyone i've talked to thinks that that is lame, can i get sm other opinions, i just wanna know i got bored so i wanted to ask....lol thanks to whoever answers

I am married to a man that calls me a retard,bipolar *****,worthless and thats just a few.I have been married to this man 14 years.I have stayed with him through his drug addiction.I ot him help.But now he comes home every night drunk.He call my 15 year old daughter real bad names.I have bipolar and post tramitic stress disorder.For 14 tears I have been a good wife.I am unable to work due to my illness.I have been trying to get on my meds and work on getting better.I have 5 children who listen to their father call me a *****.He always threatins to beat my head in.He dont hit me.But I think I would rather him hit me than abuse my minde.I have gotten to the point where I hate him.But I am affraid to be alone.But I know I could control the bipolar much better with out being called stupid.He wont even help me get my meds.He says he cant afford it.But he can afford to smoke pot and get drunk everyday.Thank God my mother helps buy my meds.i am affraid he is going to push me over the edge.
