Yesterday during our conversation my girlfriend said to me that the thing she most likes about me is that I am sweet and humble! What does it mean when a girl says this? Is it a good thing? For some odd reason I am wondering whether she will lose interest if I stop being funny and if she will become bored of me?

Thanks for your help, much appreciated.

Funny is good - if you can make a woman laugh, you are soooo far ahead in the game "it isn't funny!" (Ah-hahahaha.) No, seriously - I think being able to make her laugh is GREAT. (It is the number one thing I love in my guy.) And if you are just being you, then you are not going to "stop being funny." If you are trying really hard to make her laugh, then this isn't the way things are going to continue - you do have to be you. My guess is that you are naturally able to make her laugh.

Now let's talk about this "sweet and humble." This is a compliment. A guy who makes you laugh and you can say is "sweet" is a keeper. "Sweet" means that you are considerate of her feelings and gentle with her. "Humble" means that you clearly have things about which you could be a puffed-up jerk, but yet you are not.

Stop being insecure, - she likes you! Just go with it!

sweet and humble is a good thing. and just be yourself, if she loses interest in you, then it wasn't meant to be. don't try being something to make someone happy, it only ends up hurting you.

She means that she likes you alot. It is out of so many things she likes about you, these two she likes the most. It is definitely a good thing. So, don't worry and focus on your relationship.

The answer to second question is not related to this answer. That will depend on your relationship. Just be confident and be yourself. I am sure there will be more things that she will like about you.

Cheers!

I don't think she'll lose interest, & she sounds like she is sinsere about you being sweet & humble. Just be yourself & if she leaves you for that then she doesn't deserve you!

stop over-thinking your girlfriends words. calm down, it just means that she like you because you're sweet and humble. if she looses interest in you think about it then.

I think she meant just what she said...you are a sweet guy and you don't take pride in being a sweet guy. That makes you who you are and so attractive to her! Good luck!

Don't ask us, ask her. It simple get her to give you examples like "How am I humble?" "What kind of things do I do that are sweet?" Ask her if she finds those things sexy.
