Women like compliments that they have to WORK
FOR a lot more than the ones that just come to
them.

My bf and I have been fighting and i have officially decided that in about two weeks I am going to pretty much leave for a weekend. I think it will resolve everything, and put into clear perspective what his intentions and wants are. Instead of all this drama.

Now, I do not plan on tell him to his face that Im going to leave. Should I tell him at all? Leave a note? A answereing machine message.

Because you don't know who they actually are, maybe they are fake. And you can get easily hooked up on this. Perhaps you even waste all your hopes and time chatting to this fake person.

What is your view on this? Have you done it before? if so, where did it get you?

The Price of Children

This is just too good not to pass on to all. Something absolutely positive for a change. I have repeatedly seen the breakdown of the cost of raising a child, but this is the first time I have seen the rewards listed this way. It's nice.

The government recently calculated the cost of raising a child from birth to 18 and came up with $160,140 for a middle income family. Talk about sticker shock! That doesn't even touch college tuition.

But $160,140 isn't so bad if you break it down. It translates into:

* $8,896.66 a year,

* $741.38 a month, or
* $171.08 a week.
* That's a mere $24.24 a day!
* Just over a dollar an hour.

Still, you might think the best financial advice is don't have children if you want to be "rich." Actually, it is just the opposite. What do you get for your $160,140?
* Naming rights. First, middle, and last!

* Glimpses of God every day.
* Giggles under the covers every night.
* More love than your heart can hold.
* Butterfly kisses and Velcro hugs.
* Endless wonder over rocks, ants, clouds, and warm cookies.
* A hand to hold, usually covered with jelly or chocolate.
* A partner for blowing bubbles, flying kites
* Someone to laugh yourself silly with, no matter what the boss said or how your stocks performed that day.

For $160,140, you never have to grow up. You get to:

* finger-paint,
* carve pumpkins,
* play hide-and-seek,
* catch lightning bugs, and
* never stop believing in Santa Claus.

You have an excuse to:
* keep reading the Adventures of Piglet and Pooh,
* watching Saturday morning cartoons,
* going to Disney movies, and
* wishing on stars.
* You get to frame rainbows, hearts, and flowers under refrigerator magnets and collect spray painted noodle wreaths for Christmas, hand prints set in clay or Mother's Day, and cards with backward letters for Father's Day.

For $160,140, there is no greater bang for your buck. You get to be a hero just for:
* retrieving a Frisbee off the garage roof,
* taking the training wheels off a bike,
* removing a splinter,
* filling a wading pool,
* coaxing a wad of gum out of bangs, and coaching a baseball team that never wins but always gets treated to ice cream regardless.

You get a front row seat to history to witness the:
* first step,
* first word,
* first bra,
* first date, and
* first time behind the wheel.

You get to be immortal. You get another branch added to your family tree, and if you're lucky, a long list of limbs in your obituary called grandchildren and great grandchildren. You get an education in psychology, nursing, criminal justice, communications, and human sexuality that no college can match.

In the eyes of a child, you rank right up there under God. You have all the power to heal a boo-boo, scare away the monsters under the bed, patch a broken heart, police a slumber party, ground them forever, and love them without limits, So . one day they will, like you, love without counting the cost. That is quite a deal for the price!!!!!!!

Love & enjoy your children & grandchildren!!!!!!!

I'm 18 and I've recently started dating this really nice guy. On our last date, we made out quite a bit. From what I felt, I think he has a very small penis. Like very very small. Although I'm a little nervous about not being able to feel much during intercourse (my ex was fairly big and yet, I couldnt really enjoy it) my main concern is about condoms. Is it possible that a regular size condom will be too big for him? I don’t want to embarrass him so I don’t really want to talk about it with him.

My "best friend" and I had a falling out back in February. Mainly because some other crazy girl pumped my friend full of all kinds of crap that was never said. I have tried to contact her, I've called and left her emails. She has emailed me back, briefly but won't take my calls. She recently found out that I am three months pregnant, and emailed me saying that she wanted to be there when the baby's born. She claims she "deserves that much". Yet she still won't take my calls. I'm confused!! How am I supposed to have some girl who won't speak to me, there when my child is born. My husband says shes just crazy and I should just ignore her crazy request. But I miss my friend, no matter how nuts she is. I mean for god sakes she stood up in our wedding and her son, was like my own. She won't even let me see her son, even though I've begged and pleaded with her. Please give me some advice I really don't know what to do.

I am a good provider for my wife. Have a good sense of humor and we have very similar taste in most all our activities. But Mother-in-Law is still critical of whatever I do. I remain friendly and even do nice things for her because I know it confuses and agitates her. Oh well......

im so confused over this, i feel guilty for developing feelings for this way older dr, but it has happened,yes... he is married w/kids and he never talks about his wife. i just see the ring and assume. he is the one who started this whole thing, and continues up until this very day...im starting to get used to the flattering comments, phone calls, and the flirting, i know i know it's wrong but i basically just went to the dr. never guessing that for 5 months straight i would be in this situation. what do you do when you want to tell him how you feel but you know it's ethically and morally wrong?if i know it's wrong, he definatly knows it's wrong so why does he still do it?

I am, and have always been a firm believer in marriage and a sacred relationship between two people. But now it seems as if people treat marriage as if dating and mostly end up in divorce. People are quick to cheat and are too selfish now to keep up a relationship. I am slowly starting to lose confidence with time and society.

My boyfriend's sister is staying with us and has on her myspace that she's a witch and likes the satanic bible. What good scripture can I use for this situation?? (she's a poser and isn't a witch nor read the satanic bible but I want to prove the point that the devil is a loser and god is stronger)

Thought something like a baby monitor to put ender bed or inside closet, that is wireless and I can hear from my room upstairs. it's our live-in nanny from overseas that cares for our 19 month old girl. She sleeps during the day while she shopud be working, does n't eat meal with us (only in her room), and complained the other day that she gets tired in the afternoon (am i suposed to let her off?). We hired her because I was 7 months pregnat at the time (due at any moment now) and needed someone to help. My toddler doesn't like her much, which is weird since she goes with everyone. Anbd latelly I found out she has been visiting travel and visas websites and I'm afraid she may just disapear from here. That's why i would like to hear what she says on her phone calls, to be prepared and safe if she is planning to just dump us or doing something else...Any ideas? thanks
