I'm going out w/ my best friends brother and my best friend doesn't mind.
But it's hard because I don't tell my parents this kind of stuuf because they would tease me and not to mention my annoying brothers and sisters. Anyway, what can I do w/ both of them? [Without my parents knowing?] Thx

My ex husband and I divorced last year and although it has been very hard I have tried everything in my power to make sure that we have a good relationship now for our children. We were best friends before we got married and I want to be best friends again. I do know now that we should have never been married, he has too many issues and could not be faithful to save his life. I am in a new relationship with another man and although the two of them talk and seem to get along wonderfully and neither one has ever said anything bad about the other, my girl friends have me worried that my friendship with the ex is keeping my current boyfriend from getting close. Every now and then (mostly if he's been drinking) he will make reference to me still having feelings for my ex but when we talk about it he says he knows its not like that. I do still LIKE my ex husband, aside from being a cheat he's a good person and he is a wonderful father, he is just not husband material and never will be.

I feel like a school girl all over again, but here I go.
Both myself the guy i've been casually seeing for a little while now are both a little passive when it comes to relationships because we've both came out of serious heartbreak, him a divorce myself a broken engagement. Him a year ago myself 8 months.
So anyways, sometimes us doing something is like pulling teeth because we don't want to risk anything.
My question is how do I tell him that I'm getting attached and would like this to become more serious without pressuring him too much, since he's not been in anything serious since his divorce.

Just like highschool - but with ex-wives.

I recently went through a few things that were traumatic, and do onsider myself as being strong, but I dont know how to let go of them--I find myself angry and upset or even in denial that I am out of control. Peopel say "just let go" but that wont work. How do you just let go of the past?

I play an online video game with this guy and recently we've started talking on Yahoo and playing poker together. He's mentioned how much he hates his girlfriend and said the only reason he's with her right now is because he needs somewhere to stay. He told me the other day that he was moving halfway across the country so I asked if she was going with him or if she was the reason he was moving. Well she walked through and looked over his shoulder and read what I had said. Of course she got pissed about it, but he said he didn't care, if she was looking over his shoulder then she deserved to get upset. I apologized and we changed the subject back to poker. Well last night he logs on and says that she has some things to say to me and she proceeded to be very mean and nasty with her comments. I just sluffed it off and laughed at the time, but the more I think about it, the more I want to cuss her right back.I was raised to turn the other cheek but I'm tired of taking so much shlt.

I was told that my ex and I are ok, but he needs his space and for me to have mine. What does that mean exactly? Do I not call him anymore, period? Do I sit and wait for him to call me? Do I not make any attempts to see him or be with him? Do I wait for him to come see me? I don't understand, I am afraid that any move I make is wrong and that doesn't feel very good. Could someone please tell me what it means to give space and how you do that exactly with someone you have been with for close to 4 yrs? In detail if you don't mind............. I really want to know and understand what I am being asked to do here. What he really wants from me. Thanks ahead of time for your answers. Blessed Be.

I had lunch at a new restaurant bar yesterday and flirted a little with the bartender. She ended up giving me her phone number. I have a feeling bartenders are a different situation, so I’m not really sure when to call her. What does everyone think?

I started working for a firm 4 years ago and got on great with one of the women in my office. She's always had a boyfriend since I've known her and she normally complains to me about him. Around Christmas time, she set me up with one of her friends and while her friend was really nice, it made me realise that I really loved her. Now I can't stop thinking of her and want to tell her to get rid of her boyfriend - she could do so much better. However, I don't want to risk the friendship and I have no idea if she feels the same way. I'm tempted to tell her how I feel the next time we're out together but my head has over-ruled my heart everytime so far. What should I do???

I dated this guy for 3 years and we lived together for a couple months. I went on vacation with my family for a weekend and came home to find him in bed with another girl. He lied about it after for months. He tried and tried for a long time to get me back. after a year he finally gave up. Now I am actually thinking of taking him back. But I think I may not be happy. Should I try? Do cheaters change? Or does he sound way too creepy?

My husband and I spoke about having at least 2 children before we were married. He has 2 from previous relationships and I have been a good stepmother to them, they don't not live with us, but when they visit during the summer they love being around me and I'm pretty attached to them myself. After I got pregnant my husband was upset, wanted to leave, then changed his mind, now he's saying he doesn't want anymore children. How am I supposed to cope with that knowing what we discussed. He knows I would have politely bowed out of the relationship with him if I knew this was going to happen. I feel like he's trying to take away MY dreams and plans instead of him being honest in the first place. I am not accepting his decision to change things just becasue we are married and I know I want to have children with someone who (honestly) wants the same things. Would I be wrong to leave the relationship behind this?
