if you mean guys in general I think it's a bit of both sometimes it's sincere... sometimes not... sometimes its used to buy time with a girl... sometimes its deceptively used as a means of seduction and nothing more... but for me personally to tell a woman that I love her is quite a serious statement to make and one that must be backed up with heart.

Yes I always mean it, but alot of guys will only tell you what you want to hear so you will have sex with them.

i dont know bout other guys but i will mean it whenever i will say those three magical words to my girl. i typed that i will mean them coz till now i have not found out the girl...

there will always be people who do not mean what they say, nor will they say what they mean. I when i say "i love you"... it usually equates to "i have some very strong emotions and feelings for you, i want to let you know that"... but usually when (most) boys say "i love you"... its coming from their grion... so what it comes down to is.. there are going to be men who say it and mean it, and those who don't mean it and just want you to hop into bed....
