There is this girl at my work I like alot. She is really shy, but I still don't think she likes me at all. I am short (5'-7"), and pretty ugly. I am 43 yrs old and have not been on a date since 1983.
Instead of being nice about it, she tries to make me jealous wih this tall russian guy, and won't ask a simple question like "what's up for the weekend?" Why does she act like this, and should I just ignore her, so I don't get fired?

How long does it take for a man to fall in and out of like with a woman?
Ive known this person for quite some time. We've been enjoying each others company for a few months, out of no where, he pulls back and I havent heard from him in a week. Worst case scenerio, he isnt into me anymore. So, my question, for this scenerio to be possible, how long does it take, for a man to fall into like and out of like with a woman? (and no I havent contacted him, when I felt him pulling back, I didnt chase him into his cave or where ever he went)

I have this friend. She says we are best friends and I hope we are more. Today we were playing pool (with a few other kids aswell), and when I was sitting on the stool, and she wanted to sit on it, rather than just ask she kinda started nudging me with her butt, like from the side. There's this guy I used to work with, I haven't been able to stop thinking of him for 8 months now. We're both really shy, but when we look at each other, I can feel the connection, and there's been other hints like he used to walk around my desk a lot. I've asked around and apparently he hasn't dated for a couple of years, he was hurt. Plus, he works a lot. I decided to start im-ing him, but he's not very conversational, he seems to be more shy around me than everyone else. I want to ask him to do something but I can't gauge how he feels, also I know he has a lot of personal stuff on his mind too, so I always feel like I'm bothering him with my school girl crush. My parents have been living in there property fpr about a year now and it is with a housing assosiation, the only trouble is they are having trouble with the next door neigbors! They throw abuse at my parents and also at my younger brothers and sister. They have complained about this and had a meetong with the assosiation. They said that the neighbors have also complained about my family, but they have done nothing wrong. My parents have just put cameras up outside there house to try and get any evidence they need to prove twhat is happening. Now the neighbors have complained about that and the assosiation have told them to take them down as they ar not in the tenancy agreement! What can my family do as they are really upset at the moment, they wanted to move but the assosiation said they cant until every thing is resolved with the neighbors. Does anyone know how they can go about sorting this out! sensible answers please.

How would you feel if you the man fell in love with and who said he loved you, told you he thought it was alright to be in a relationship, and still date other women and be romantic with them, kissing them romantically? Even though he said he stopped just before meeting you. Im 21 years old and there is a girl i like but i have never talk to her before, i dont even know her name she works nex build where i work so, i want to go out with her but i have no experience on that, when i was in high school i only had 3 girlfriends but they ask me to go out so i guest im no that ugly.....the girl i want to talk to use to looked at me alot a few weeks ago when i use to pass near her but now that i look at her when i pass near her she doesnt look at me anymore :P. I am going through a divorce and she has been granted temporary custody of the two youngest children. She immediately moved to Minnesota and over 350 miles away. Can Wisconsin enforce their order for visitation and if so how difficult is it to enforce if she's in another state?
