Since the girl have already tell her bf abt this incident and her bf wants to leave her, I think ther is nothing much tt the lady can do. personnaly, I feel tt the guy won't be a good bf or husband coz he chose to leave the lady after knowing this incident. As a guy, when he love someone he must give his morale support to his gf when such incident happens. I know it is not easy to do but remember this is the time where his gf need his support most and he chose to leave her and causing more hurt to her.
So my advice is tt since the guy had chosen to leave her, let him leave. Tell the girl to carry on with her liffe, I believe tt one day there is a guy who is willing to help the girl to overcome this incident and accompany her for the rest of her life.

If the guy cannot accept u for who u r.. then move on.. not worth for u to live with tat kind of guy..
It diff but u got ur frens and family tat can help u move on and get someone who can accept the fact and reality but still loves u like nothing have ever happen before.

how can any human leave the person that he love for something happened not by her hand..or for any reason else forgodness sake?he just trying to get any reasons whatever it's stupid just to rid-out from her ..she have to know that ..u must to tell her that if u r her friend and let her know that there's a guys more loyal and she will find the one who gonna forget her these bad incident and these bad guy too and let her know what meaning of happiness ...cuz that's it the true love......good luck
