Im 21 years old and there is a girl i like but i have never talk to her before, i dont even know her name she works nex build where i work so, i want to go out with her but i have no experience on that, when i was in high school i only had 3 girlfriends but they ask me to go out so i guest im no that ugly.....the girl i want to talk to use to looked at me alot a few weeks ago when i use to pass near her but now that i look at her when i pass near her she doesnt look at me anymore :P. If i ask her to go out the the first day i talk to her (if i ever do it) is it ok to invite her to a movie or something? Am i gonna look like a freak? is there something wrong if i ask her to go out the first moment i know her name? or shoud i wait time? or maybe i should not do it :P? please help me i dont want to look bad or like a wierd guy.......HELP!

You shld really find out ways to get to know her more first. As a girl myself, i wouldn't really like guys to come up to me and ask me for dates in the very first move. I would prefer a chit chatting session, like self introduction. Probably you can try your luck by asking if she wanna keep in contact with you, and if she does give you her number, then you're lucky dude.
But dun be disappointed if she turn u down. Sometimes girls are just too shy or doesn't know how to react when guys try to pick them up.
