This is a classic case of getting married on the rebound. I was divorced on 06/03 and remarried on 12/05. I realize I was pushed into marriage by her. She is a Mexican citizen and I have applied for her residency. She told me she had a cyst on her uterus, upon going to the doctor here she was found perfectly healthy. She is currently working since the last week of March 06 she has only deposited about six of her more than 16 checks. She has access to our checking account with bank card and the right to write checks. She also drives my car with a gasoline credit card I provided for her. She also has a 10 year old daughter whom I don't get along with. I have not adopted her daughter and I don't intend to. I feel there is no chemistry between us.

am with someone whose child is 13 and out of hand. He Recently moved in with us and will not behave. He lies, steals, fails school, hits my children, and has no respect for anyone. I have tried to talk to his dad about therapy and discipline and he just take the defense. I have tried to make him feel like on of the family but it is getting hard when i have no say so about what he does. I tell him he cant do something and his father says ok. I treat him like my own including I love you's but Im getting to the point I cant do it anymore and I do not want my kids thinking that his behavior is ok and following his foot steps. I feel Im being more unfair to my kids who get punished for doing bad things when the step son gets off scott free. I have to hide the fact my kids are going out with friends and relatives because the people who invite them cant handle the other. I dont tell him because I dont want to hurt his feelings but why should I not let my kids go because of him

He admitted he was on drugs and I took him to a psychiatrist for help and to see if I couldn't get him into re-hab. He didn't want to go, and he also didn't go to the next psychiatrist meeting. He then stole approx 4,000 from my brother, because he knew we would never turn him in to law, and see him go to prison. He got invoved with selling pot, I think that's all,,, and finally he skipped town to avoid the law. He is now 29 and lives several miles away. He has straightened out, but still trys to scam which is going going to get him into trouble. He will no longer speak to me or my brother, and every day I feel so guilty....I'm depressed, and feel as if my life has just come to an end. It seems as if there is always blame for somebody elses behavior,,,,and inwardly I've taken it all. Do you think all of his problems were all of my fault...the moms????

Is anybody friends with somebody and want to take the relationship to the next level?

For people that have done this, was it worth it? How did you get it to the next level?

What needs to be done in a divorce? Can you do it without a lawyer? Do I cancel our credit cards and get new ones? How do I take his name off the bank accts? His car is in my name, but he doesn't want it anymore. Do I still keep paying for it? What all must we do now?

have been having a romatic thing going with a guy for about 5 years now.We are both in our late thirties. When we first met we both fell madly in love.Due to both our complicated circumstances we couldn't be together.Every so often we are drawn back together.,inmost istances i am the one who makes the initial contact.Last time we met, I swore that next time i would leave it up to him to contact me.But a month has passed and i am yearning to hear from him, but still have not.To most on lookers it may look like he is only using me,but by things he has said and the fact that he held back tears as he said Keep in touch.Do certain men not have the courage to contact a woman?I am afraid to be too direct as I feel it might scare him away. Can anyone help?

Just want to know what some people's experiences were with it.

Any suggestions??

Warnings??

Would it be a good idea if the seller has a really good feedback score? I already have someone to alter the dress, so it won't cost much more to have alterations done.

THANKS!!! :)

done to you? Let it out. A lot of things have happened to me before - too many to count (because of mean people, in-laws). Sometimes we have to vent. Does this still eat at you? I try to let things go for my own sanity and it's hard sometimes. If you have more than one story to share, please share it.

Me and OH have a silly argument at least once a week over the way he speaks to me. I HATE being told to F*** off or get to F*** etc but to him its just a normal way of speaking to someone.

I think its really disrespectful and a nasty way to speak to someone. I wouldn't speak to any of my friends like that without expecting a slap! His mum and dad (married 30 years very happy) speak to each other like that and to them its just normal so obviously he's picked this up. My mum and dad are very different and if I'd heard my dad using language like that to my mum I'd have been worried!

Thing is he knows it upsets me and has done for 4 yrs now but hasn't stopped. I refuse to be spoken to like that for a quiet life.

Do u think I'm being unreasonable?

I have been married for 16.5 years and have gradually fallen out of love with my wife for various reasons. The reasons include that I am no longer physically attracted to her because she has become obese, makes no effort to clean up around the house after herself, rarely wants to have sex, and many other reasons. I have talked with her many times about the issues, but she chooses not to do anything to change. Seven months ago, I met a divorced lady that I have gotten to know quite well and we have fallen in love. My girlfriend lives about 100 miles away, but I see her quite often (at least once a week since May). She has even gone on my family vacation and stayed in a hotel next door. We also talk about every day via email, instant messenger, or telephone. When we are together, we have so much passion for each other - I never want it to end. I really don't want to remain married to my wife, but we have 2 children ages 8 and 5 that I worry about and love. Any advice?
