My daughter had a rocky relationship with a lad 6 years ago resulting in her becoming an unmarried mother, and us having a wonderful grandson. However the father and family did not want to really know, despite not requestiing any financial support from them. Six months later my daughter married a great guy who she and he bring up my grandson and their daughter very happily.
He has been a wonderful Daddy to our Grandson, and he looks on him as his own, having know one another since 6 months old.
But TRUTH will out, so they say. My daughtetr does not want him to have any information on his biological father at all, but her husband and I for that matter think it only fair. Comments please?

I'm 16 and my parents r forever pestering me about exams and jobs. And i see them all the time, so it's hard to avoid. My little brother is always damaging my stuff adn trying to get me in trouble. Why can't thier be a family camp, where you can dump them 4 the week and then collect them later!!???

me when i was 15 and since then our relationship has gone to a nonexistent level to the point where i hate her. I am now 21 my father and her are divorced and i am left with her name on my birth certificate...she inherited millions from the death of her father and i think that's why shes had distance but i want nothing to do with her...is there anything i could do about this situation.

Okay, I posted something in here a few days ago about my fiancee' and our breakup.(And that we are still living together) Okay, this will be kind of funny someday. One, we havent had any sexual contact in over 5 months. Two, she wasnt home and I was talking to a woman I met online and she coaxed me into phone sex. Well, there really wasnt much coaxing and it wasn't really phone sex, but for all puposes here, let's just say it was. Well, as soon as it was over my ex comes home. I told my guy off after so many unanswered questions and so he said well guess you are pushing me away so I will leave you alone. Well I left him alone too, it was killing me but I did it. After about a week he wrote to me saying....." Not that it matters but.......I do miss you and I love you like no other. He will send messages but will not call what do you think?

I have been in a relationship with a married man for a long time now but have not heard from him in a couple weeks. THe last time we were together was great and everything seemed o.k. This is the longest that has gone by without hearing from him. I am not looking for criticism and yes I am looking for a single man (have been for years) and I just want your opinion on what could have happened to him. Has something happened in his personal life that is taking prioritty at this time (death, illlness, job), is he dead or been in an accident and sick or something, has his wife found out, or has he just found someone else? It just bugs me to wonder what happened to him and I worry that he might be having some trouble or something.

My wife and I have been together for 5 years and since my 1st date with my wife my mom has disliked her.

My mom has said lies about my wife to family members to turn them against her. She always finds something wrong with my wife that she dislikes. My wife is 100% different than my mom and that’s why I married her!

6 months before our wedding, my mother told my wife that she and her family didn’t think my wife was good enough to marry me and that they didn’t want me to marry “someone like her”.

Needless to say my wife still dislikes my mother 2 years later. My mother doesn’t say anything to our face anymore about my wife, and my wife is polite to my mother, but my wife can’t stand my mother.

I have pushed my mother away and I don’t see her too often because of how she has treated my wife.

I don’t think my wife will get over this, she says she intends on being the best mother and wife just to rub it in my mother's face.

Any advice? Is it okay my wife dislikes my mom?
