me when i was 15 and since then our relationship has gone to a nonexistent level to the point where i hate her. I am now 21 my father and her are divorced and i am left with her name on my birth certificate...she inherited millions from the death of her father and i think that's why shes had distance but i want nothing to do with her...is there anything i could do about this situation.

You should call a local Lawyers affice that offers free legal advice or there are a couple websites you can go to. I think that You might be able to have her removed from your birth certificate with help from your father if not then I think the only thing you can do is convince her to give up her parental rights that she gained when she adopted you that way she again has no connection to you. Change your name? Cost about $250 I think. A relatively simple process. The court can instruct you, if you call your local courthouse.
