There are no quick fixes in a relationship. Try to avoid looking for the "one" thing and focus on being present in the relationship. Guys need different things...But, a girl who loves openly, speaks honestly, lives faithfully and communicates well is likely to be on the right track. Everything else is basically just "stuff" and can be worked out between the two people.

Well you should find out more about him. Some females say that all guys want to have sex on the first date and that is stereotypical. I, for example, will wait to have sex until I find the right girl, I know more about her and probably after the 4th date we might start discussing it and what could happen if we do.

be there for him. be like his cheerleader. be there to comfort him encourge him and support him no matter what and take care of his needs YOU will have his heart. and in return from all that you will have everything back that you want from him his love his heart and all your needs from him fulfilled
