That's up to him to deal with. If he respects you and your relationship, then he'll politely let those girls know he's involved with someone and if they would like to hangout with you both, that would be fine...
If he encourages it, and they aren't chicks that had already been his platonic friends, then he's not all that into you...

I think you should talk to your man and find out what is up with these girls and make sure to say something when they call so that the girls can hear you while you're with him and there's no denial there. Make your presence known.
