I`m with someone else-but its not the same. They say time heals-but its not for me. Does it ever really get better? I still miss him even after 3 years and think about him lots. How do I stop?

there was this big lawsuit...and a bunch of other stuff. I got to the point where i cant see my family anymore. He lets me see my aunts and uncles but i am not allowed to see my grandma or grandpa from that side. they probably wont be here for much longer and i want to spend some time with them before she goes. But also I dont want to make my dad mad at me for wanting to do this. He'll probably say that one of my other family members conned me into doing this and i wont get to see any of them. So what should i do???

What would you do if your husband told you he's "in love" with someone else. I feel his heart is no longer with me but he say's he is willing to 'give her up' and work at saving our marriage.
Im gutted of course but so unsure what I should do.

I have been with my Bf for 5years, we have our ups and downs and been through it all like any other couple. Im 26 and hes a year younger. He never really seriouly talks bout us getting engaged or buying a house together. I have asked him to open a savings account for the both of us for a house or holiday or anything.... but he dosent seem to do so.
I have questioned him and told him if he dosent want to settle down ever we must break up as i cant push him into taking our relationship to the next level. He dosent beleive in breaking up and wont let me go no matter how much i try because we do love eachother.
Is he scared of commitment? I dont want to be pushy but im getting frustrated and bored going on like this for 5years, plus i have finished my education and have a well established career and want to start a family by 30 atleast.

Any comments on the situation im in or should i just wait and be patient????

i recently broke upp with my bf. and now hes going out with one of my friends. im starting to get jealous... i never knew i would miss him this much. he told me he still lovees me. but hes alreadyy with my friend. i think hes planning to go out with me while hes still with my friend. i mean i want to be with him, but i dont want him to cheat on my friend with me.. im not reallyy suree on what to do..

My friend's 15 year old daughter is rude, crude, and violent. He doesn't know what do to with her. He is thinking of sending her to military school, but it's too costly. She has a boyfriend who she cannot see because she is being punished for kicking my friend in his private area for him discipling her. His wife has passed away, and he is raising her in the best way that he knows how. She lies, steals and sneaks around. Going to live with another relative is out of the question, because she needs to be constantly supervised, and folks work, and find it strange to hire a babysitter for a 15 year old girl. She is very pretty, and very manipulitave. She lies to her therapist and is rude and crude to her as well. Can anyone please help me help my friend? Thank You.

I just started seeing this guy who recently got ouy of a 5 year relationship. He has a child with his ex. He recently told me he wants to take it slow. I agree, but at the same time I feel he may not really be interested in me if he's saying that. Should I bring it to a stop, or continue going slow.

My ex-step mom is won't let us see my soon to be 2 year old baby sister. She's trying to get him to give up his rights as a father, but he won't do it. We never get to see her and I'm afraid she is gonna grow up not knowing me and my family and not knowing that we exist. Im also afraid shes gonna turn into a brat like Natasha (her other daughter). My wife and I were married three years ago because she was pregnant with my child. Her son, who is now 9, has been diagnosed with everything from ADD to ODD(oppositional defiance disorder) I have tried really hard to make things work between him and I, but his mom never backs me up when I discipline him. She says I am too harsh-I say he has alot of catching up to do. Basically, this leads to her and I disagreeing CONSTANTLY. I have stayed in this relationship for my daughter, who is the light of my life, but have fears about her living in a house where her dad is always "mad". My stepson has been gone for the summer and my wife and I have gotten along quite well, but whenever the subject of my stepson comes up, sparks fly. We have been to two marriage counselors,and my stepson sees a therapist regularly. I don't want to be upset my whole life, and I don't want my family to be hurt because of my upsetedness. Can my 2 year old daughter still love me if I am not there for her?

I am a divorced father. My oldest son stopped coming over when he started college. That's O.K. 'cause he calls regular.

My younger 16 y.o. son & I got along fairly well until I lost my job. He decided he's not coming over now, plus a disrespectful, sullen attitude.

I got no moral support from his mom, and I don't want him here if he's truly of a mind not to be here.

I sent him some books he was interested in, but he hasn't called me.

I'm miserable without him, but I don't want to guilt him.

he doesn't do anything but listen to Tupac & play videos all day. Not what I had in mind for my son.

I don't want him to feel guilty if something should happen to me, 'cause that's a life-long trip.

My point is there is nothing more important than family, and like it or not, we are. There are so many out there whose fater's don't give a damn, but I'm tryin'.

Do i give up & let God handle it, or what?
