A father is some one who is a blood father. they aren't in the childs life. a dad is what i see as a guy who really cares and wants to be with his kids no matter what that means!

In a nutshell, a father is a man who has patience, has the ability to listen to his children and always carries a photo of them where his money should be. That's just a quick overall.

as the one who tells you no when you do not want to hear it, he is the one who takes you for icecream even when you are grounded, he is the one who will let you cry on his shoulder when you get stood up by the boy he warned you about dating and never says I told you so.
A father doesn't leave you and make promises that he can't keep, he walks you down the aisle on your wedding day and you hold his hand before he dies.

my father is an idiot, my "dad" took care of me when i was sick, helped me with my homework, provided for me, gave me advice, showed me how to be a good person.
