Guy has been in & out of rehab for the past 5 years.. just moved to our city. He is in church & AA, his aunt paid for his rehab & gave him a place to stay & helped him get job with her husband. First 6 weeks he was here was still communicating & saying he wanted to get back with his ex, which he doesn't know I know this, he said they were just friends & talked, who is seperated from her husband & lives in another city, we started as friends & then I got really sick & he stayed with me for a week in hospital & now he says he is in love with me & I am his girlfriend & I really like him... do you think he could go from being so in love with her to loving me in just a few weeks. I have read emails he sent her & text... he sent text day before I went in hospital saying he loved her and tried but didnt' get to see her while I in hospital, he told her he loves me & it broke her heart and she said they couldn't be friends... he really be in love with her 5 years then now be in love with me

I have known him ever since I was young and his family also but I never talked to them. He has a rather large family and I will have to meet them this evening. Besides being myself are there any suggestions to coming off on a good note? His mother is like 83 years old and I want to make a good impression of course, any suggestions. With the luck I have I'll probably fall and break my ankle or something in front of them...help!

Why is it, which I find completely amazing, how one person can change a life? How one person can turn your entire world upside down and inside out, turn it on it's ear and make you question everything that you have set up to protect yourself from the evils and harshness of the world. How one person can pose such a simple idea and have that idea be earth shattering and ground breaking to you that you wonder if there is another way to live your life, or a new way to think about the reason why you hold on to what you hold on to, or the very lack there of. To make you question why you do what you do, why you think the way you think, and why you are as you are? And what is even more incredible than that is when you think that you are teaching them, they are teaching you. Why is that?

It's something I realized since I was 5yrs old at least. Living in another country. Being white Spanish but living with many other races I find no problem with people who respect and care for others. However I notice here in the USA, white people just pour in so much hatred against Mexicans, Blacks, or any other color that is not white. I find it astounding, being that the white man is to blame for the worst atrocities to humanity and its different races. It is white man that anhilated all of America's Native Indians. The White man who killed thousands in Mexico's Indian tribes too. It is the white man who fostered slavery from the Africans. It is the white leaders like Hitler that have THE NEED to eliminate the rest of the world of races.
In my opinion, human's skin color comes from the very environments they live in. Notice in Sweden in Winter's lack of sun, people are paper white. Oaxaca, Mexico where the Tropic of Cancer hits ppl are drk brown. YET COLOR MAKES ONE OR BREAKS ONE.

For a while I didn't have a job,and my cousin asked me to watch her two week old daughter.The child is now three months old,I'm still watching her,and I'm still getting paid $40 a week for forty hours a week of babysitting.I buy packages of diapers, wipes and formula because often they aren't in the diaper bag when she's dropped off.(we live 20 miles out of town, so also figure gas getting to the store and back)The mother has paid me in quarters one week, and she's beginning to be late on paying me.I have two children, so I pretty much know what I'm doing, but she complains about how I take care of her daughter(she wanted me to keep the child up all day at a month old so she would"sleep all night") Where to draw the line between family and business?Should I feel taken advantage of?What is the right way to approach these problems?She says she will be geting on gov' subsidized child care to pay me, but the way she wants to do it is illegal.To top it off I really love the baby.
