Maybe if you were at a 5 star restaurant but i know I put my elbows on the table all the time. But I'm not out to win an etiquette awards either :)

So they say it is wrong, however i eat with my elbow on the table. My father-in law gets angry when that happens and also my husband oh well i tell them to get over it. it is not like we are eating at a fancy restaurant or something we are eating at my table in my home.

Well, if it's just you and your family, and no one else minds, go ahead, but if you're in a nice restaurant, or eating dinner with the president, I would suggest your elbows be a no-show on the table.

techanically i guess but i don't see the point and honestly i tried is for like a minute and let me tell you its a mess. my food was dropping off my spoon and it was jus ridiculous.
